I’ve lost nearly 40 pounds in that time, and I honestly believe this product played a big part in helping me stay energized and avoid the dizziness, headaches, and muscle cramps that can come with fasting.One of the best things about this mix is that it doesn’t contain maltodextrin, which is extremely important to me. Maltodextrin is often used as a filler or preservative in electrolyte powders, but what most people don’t realize is that it can spike your blood sugar even more than table sugar—something you definitely don’t want during a fast. It can kick you out of ketosis, defeat the purpose of fasting, and even trigger cravings. Why companies still use it is beyond me.This mix keeps things clean, simple, and effective. No blood sugar crashes, no bloating, and it tastes great without being overly sweet. If you’re serious about your health and especially if you’re fasting, this is the one to get.Highly recommend! 👏

I use in my decaf tea and it sweetens it. I'm using only half to a third of the recommended amount, a couple times a day. along with lemon powder..It is hot in Florida, and I get dehydrated, which is very painful and debilitating. Hope to avoid the dehydration by using thie electrolyte product.

Dissolves well. Good taste. Packaging is misleading. It was less than half full (see photo). Do I need to weigh the contents to confirm weight is accurate? I loose trust in a product when i see this attempt to manipulate the appearance of larger quantity.

This product is amazing. Totally hydrating the body with just one serving. The high temperatures we’ve had did not affect me as it would have if not hydrated. I have ionized hydration water but I did not feel my best until I added electrolytes powder!!!!

I thought this might be a less expensive way to stay hydrated. It's not easy to work with if your trying to make an 16 oz. bottle. It calls for 6.5 grams which is difficult to put that much powder in a small bottle so after spilling some powder on the counter trying to make a bottle I came up with a better way to make it and save time. I have no funnel to get th powder in the bottle with the scoop they sent so I had a clean OJ bottle I used with a larger neck to get the powder in to make 3 servings at one time adding 3 packs of stivia to help the flavor. This product has a dull lime taste but I figure if it works I can hold my nose and get 16 oz. down. I can't say if it works but if my urine is a light to clear color with no smell then it works. I like to have a bottle ready before taking care of the yard so I don't get dehydrated.

Very good for potassium intake. Tastes great and does the job.I don't get why people complain about the container half full. I have a scale in my garage and it weighs exactly 1 pound. Maybe make a smaller container?It tastes delicious and is sweetened with Stevia so no sugar burnout. We should be getting well over 1,000 MG of potassium daily so it helps a lot with that.One thing you may wanna know. I use this in the morning and prepare it the night before. Before drinking, you wanna shake up the bottle because ingredients settle at the bottom.I would recommend this to anybody not getting enough.

I found the taste isn’t the greatest, it’s not the worst I will continue to use it up. I also bought a larger grape flavor in a 2 lb bag it made by the same company it’s better but not much I have two brands in my cart that I will try.
