I was worried about spending this amount of money and what if something went wrong. Unfortunately, something arrived broken but customer service was absolutely amazing! They got the piece back out to us in no time.It is absolutely beautiful. We get so many compliments on it! The size is perfect and it definitely has functionality to it. The heater works great! We had no difficulty with the remote control, it is easy to understand. Yes, you are spending a little bit of money but you're getting excellent quality and value.The only morning I have is that it is not easy to put together. My husband is not handy at all and I am definitely not handy. It took us probably about 3 hours to put it together. There were a lot of parts and pieces! So I would just be sure to have someone handy. It truly looks beautiful though!! Take your time putting it together because it is easy to mix up what you're doing and you have to start over. That was our biggest thing is we needed to slow down.I love how this has transformed our little living room into a cozy little getaway. Definitely worth $$$. My husband and I got us a Christmas gift for each other and no regrets!

We are very happy with the fireplace. It is very solid and puts out great heat. The flame insert looks very realistic with several different colors and flame speeds. The engineered wood is sturdy and looks real. It is a bit of a chore to put together - but that speaks mainly to the quality of the construction. The one "weakness" is the sticker they use to simulate the rock inlay. I am sure it was done to keep weight down (and therefore shipping costs). I solved that part by purchasing some cut river stone, Liquid Nails, and black grout at Home Depot. Spent about 90 minutes adhering the stone and then grouting. It really turned out well (see pictures - before and after grouting). That solved the one issue we had with the fireplace and really makes it stand out.

We are very happy with the look, quality, and size of this fireplace. It offered a different style from most of the fireplaces we had looked at. The large firebox is very pretty and the heating unit works great as well. The faux stone picture panels don't align with the quality and look of the piece. I placed fieldstone over the panels which upgrade the look and do justice to the rustic styling.

I LOVE this fireplace stand! Things to know would be, it was easy to put together with clear directions, and I did it by myself. It looks beautiful, and the flames and wood logs look great! Super happy with this.. That said, I almost didn't buy it because I hate the fake rock print on it. However, I am super glad I bought it, and as you can see in my picture, I fixed the rock print by cutting two strips of thin wood, staining them to match the stand, then gluing them over the fake rock print. It looks great! I LOVE THIS STAND!

The media could not be loaded. I was worried that it would look cheap, but I was very surprised that the fireplace was very nice. The only thing that I did not like was it is veneer and not real wood, but they did a nice job with the veneer. My husband and I decided to add stack stone to the front of the fireplace to match the hearth that we built to add height to the fireplace. The flame looks real, but no sound to the flame.Over all we are happy with this fireplace and how it turned out!

I despise putting things together, and while this does have a lot of parts , I laid out each wood piece on my dining room table with the number side up, a separate table with all the parts letter side up. From the time I started the unboxing of everything , to plugging it in and turning it on took 4 hours. That also included me going slowly , using a drill for certain things, one step taking half an hour because I have big hands and the 4 screws to put in were in a real tight spot, making a mistake and having to take apart one step and redoing it as well . The quality though is absolutely beautiful , it makes a big statement

Not happy it doesn’t change colors, especially with the advertisement shows that it changes colors. It only has one setting for color disappointed.
