I choose not to use it everyday so that it does not overbear my hair and that seems to be working great for me. My curls are bouncy and not weighed down. It smells really good too, I have actually had a few compliments on the way my hair smells. It is also staying soft and I can still run my fingers through my ringlet curls.

While I'm not pleased that this product increases your sunburn risk, I don't have any complaints. I was able to use this to detangle my hair which helped with letting it sit. My curls seemed happy. The scent isn't strong, so you can use any shampoo or conditioner you want afterwards.

Curl Restoration Concentrate. Bonding Pre-Shampoo. 5.1 fluid ounces. Castor Oil & Biotin.I have waist-length ringlets that dry out and frizz, so hydration is important for me. I have a co-wash routine, where I shampoo biweekly and co-wash to refresh my curls. I had never used a pre-shampoo before, and I was pleasantly surprised at how hydrating it ended up being. After using the pre-shampoo, shampooing my hair and cleansing my scalp as usual didn't dry out my hair as it generally does.Since it was my first time using this product, I used just a small dollop and noticed decent results. This last time I washed my hair, I was more generous, and noticed a better difference in how the shampoo cleansed my scalp and removed product buildup but didn't take away the much-needed moisture from my hair.A light scent that rinses away and doesn't compete with the scents of my shampoo, conditioner, and other hair products. Doesn't leave a residue on my hair or scalp. This product is definitely now an important step in my haircare routine.Highly recommend for curly hair that is in need of extra hydration.

I really like this conditioner. It is easy to use and leaves my hair feeling so much softer after each use. I only use it occasionally but that is enough to keep my hair in great condition. It does not weigh my hair down and smells great.

A bit thick and sticky so I was nervous initially but after shampoo and conditioner my hair feels amazing! Would definitely recommend

My hair is fine and thinning, and is parched from a combination of aging, medication and cold and dry winter air. My combination of waves and curls were limp and shapeless and so very dry, my hair reminded me of a combination of spiderwebs and fiberglass.When I ordered this product, I didn't realize that it was designed specifically for the needs of black women's hair. I used it anyway. The conditioner smells good and is luxuriously moisturizing and hydrating. My hair felt soft and silky afterwards. That said, this product is too heavy for my fine hair, and for now the waves and curls are gone, and my hair is stick straight. That's my own fault, for not realizing that this product wasn't made for my type of hair.I think this is an excellent product, and plan to continue using it until the moisture content of my hair is restored. Once that goal is achieved, I'll work on getting my curls and waves back with a product designed for my specific hair type.
