It’s a great upgrade to my at-home skincare routine. The heating, cooling, and vibration features feel amazing — way better than my regular gua sha. It makes applying serums and moisturizers more relaxing and gives a great facial massage. It’s well-made, holds a good charge and the ergonomic design fits my small hands easily and I definitely recommend it!

It’s ok — if you are a regular user of gua sha facial tools, this could be a welcome variation on a basic tool you might enjoy. I didn’t think the slight vibration contributed much to the usage experience; the heat was ok.Overall, I wasn’t overly impressed with the style of the device — wasn’t very comfortable to hold for long periods of time at different angles. The features weren’t robust enough & no ability to modify intensity.I think this is a 3-4 star item; worth a try and a good value if it’s on promotion.

Wish I could give it 0 Stars. I charged it for hours and it never worked or turned on. It's too much trouble to return so I ate the cost.

This facial massager does everything. It’s lightweight and so easy to use. It’s small so that it can fit in your purse to use while on the go. The hot and cold function works so well. I was surprised at how cold it actually gets. It glides across your face very smoothly and leaves your skin feeling so soft. It’s a definite cost efficient item that works well.

I had high hopes for this but I don't really notice a visible difference with my skin. Their marketing images are clearly photoshopped - sorry, friends... it won't change you from an old wrinkled lady to a 20-something year old, but at least the vibrations feel relaxing. Ehh.

I like so many factors of this little tool. First the size is big enough too be handy which is not too small. Second the warm function definitely help me release my tiredness after whole day. Third the edge is very smooth and comfortable when it touches my skin. So far it is very good quality and easy to manage. The appearance is also nice too.

I really wasn't expecting this to be anything but a gimmick, but it's actually quite useful and effective! The gua sha itself is great for breaking up tension in facial and neck muscles, and relaxing your face. Then when you turn it on, it has heat and cooling settings, as well as vibration. It is wonderful for giving yourself a good facial massage, and helps with fluid retention in your face, and puffiness. It's also really helpful for getting better absorption of your skincare products. This tool will not turn back the hands of time, but for everyday pampering and skincare, it's wonderful!
