Trust me when I say this because I have had all names of cameras like blink, reolink, zosi, wyze, ring, zmodo, etc... compared to all the ones I mentioned, this camera in my opinion is at the top with the best. The camera image is super clear and also, no latency at all. Was as simple as touching the camera on the app and showing the camera the generated qr code and we were up and moving. I love the fact that this camera looks like a usb charger (and even IS a usb charger). This is one of the most inconspicuous ways of looking at our house while we are gone. If a thief broke in, they would instantly take the nvr, but they sure wouldn't think about stealing a usb charge brick from the wall... well... shouldn't anyways haha. Anyways, I will buy again in the future for other parts of the house. Do yourself a favor and BUY!

I have purchased the previous models and this one is a step in the right direction. Allowing it to be linked to an APP and having access to real time video is a game changer. I read some of the reviews and although some people have issues installing and configuring the device - as long as one reads the easy to follow instructions - you are set. Packaging of the item was great - very compact and well protected for shipping. Installation and configuring was straight forward. Implementation was easy and it is ready to go. The APP is very intuitive and I noticed other products can be added. I would add more products to the TUYA APP. The APP is very easily customizable and the picture quality is very good. Clear crisp images. Of course, the fact that it looks like a regular charger is fantastic. Would it be too difficult for a 'white' version? Very happy with this product and would consider others to add to the APP.

Update to my June 6 post: I'm happy to share that the company reached out to me after my initial review. It turns out the device I received was defective, and they were quick to make things right. They offered me a choice between a replacement or a refund—I chose the refund, and I received it within just two days! I'm impressed with their prompt and professional customer service, so I’m updating my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Thank you for standing behind your product!I purchased the ALPHA TECH WiFi Smart Camera Charger - Remote View - 2.4G/5G WiFi - Premium HD 1080P in March 2025, and unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating. Initial setup without the memory card went smoothly, and the camera paired with the app without issue. However, once I unplugged the camera to insert the memory card, the device stopped connecting to the app entirely, consistently showing as offline.Despite reinstalling the app and following all troubleshooting steps, the camera simply won’t pair when the memory card is inserted. Oddly, it works again only if the card is removed—rendering one of its key features useless.Given these persistent issues, I regret this purchase and wish I could return it. A product marketed for "Best Mini" remote monitoring should not have such basic functionality problems.

Oh, gosh. I was so anxious about leaving my dog during the day, even if I hired someone. I was looking for something simple to install. I ended up getting this smart camera. It was a relief: I plugged it into a wall and installed the app.The app did everything for me. I can now focus on my job.

Broke after one month, the image turned fuzzy and purple at all times, and disconnected randomly from the network/stopping recording. Conveniently, right after the return window closed, and happened with both units I purchased.

Works great for daytime monitoring — responsive seller!This camera performs well during the day with a clear image and a wide angle. Setup was quick and easy—once connected to WiFi, the camera loads instantly. I also appreciate that if it's unplugged and plugged back in, it reconnects very quickly. While it doesn’t have night vision, it’s still a solid product for daytime use. The seller was also very responsive and helpful with my questions, which made a big difference. Great customer service!

This one is much better than the previous charger style camera I bought on this website. This one is very discrete and it allows you to hide the mini SD card slot with a sticker, which I love. The lens is not visible at all so no one would be able to tell that this is a camera.My biggest gripe is the video quality is very poor and there is no night vision (which never works well on these things anyway). They advertise 1080p, and while it is slightly bigger than 1080P the image quality is poor. They claim it’s 1080p, but it’s really more like 360p thats been stretched.Make no mistake, this is security camera footage, so dont expect anything resembling cell phone quality or anything. If they improved the camera (even if that made it cost more), this product would be a home run.This is a small camera so having that wide angle and large field of view is a positive. There is some warping but it’s actually not all that bad.

Only goot a the camera and charger there were no guides. In the info it said it came with alot more but nothing was correct.
