Pessimistically, I thought I'd give it a try.OMG I'm shocked!!! This is absolutely perfect because it doesn't touch my occipital nerves, AT ALL.I'm even going to use it during surgery, so laying on an operating table for five hours won't cause an occipital headache, on top of everything else.Post-op, I'll be elevated with this pillow on a wedge pillow, keeping all pressure off those nerves.This is a lifesaver because I only have to deal with post surgical pain, instead of that AND occipital headaches.***For those with occipital neuralgia:I tried to see if I could use this while laying flat on my back without and with my regular pillow. Unfortunately, that's not comfortable on my neck. I'm a small person, though. It seems like that might work for a guy.But, this is amazing to use while laying on a memory foam wedge.(Occipital headaches are on the outside of the skull. Caused by damaged occipital nerves, usually from a car accident. Pressure on these nerves can affect all muscles outside the skull. The headaches start at the back-base of the skull, and radiate forward. For me, once it becomes bilateral across my forehead, that's what I call "the point of no return".)

I bought this pillow after my eye surgery and it’s been a total game changer. The contouring is very well-designed — it supports my face without putting pressure on sensitive areas, which is exactly what I needed. I’ve used it for several hours at a time while resting face-down, and it stays comfortable without getting too hot or firm.The removable cover is also a plus — easy to wash and feels soft on the skin. I also tried it while getting a massage, and it worked great for that too. Definitely worth it if you need to sleep or rest in a prone position for medical reasons or just for comfort. Highly recommend!

I'm really satisfied with this pillow. I bought it after eye surgery and it was exactly what I needed. Its design is perfectly designed to allow you to rest face down without putting pressure on the face, especially in the eye area.It is comfortable, firm and the central hole allows you to breathe without difficulty. The quality of the material is excellent and the removable cover is a plus, as it can be easily washed. It is also ideal for facial massages or for those who need this position for medical or therapeutic reasons.What I liked the most:• Comfort during long sessions face down.• Good support without discomfort in the nose or eyes.• Easy to clean and transport.What could be improved:• It could offer different heights to adapt to different users.Conclusion:A very useful product, well designed and that really does what it promises. Was hoping this pillow was going to work for me. I need to lay face down in bed for 10 minutes for treatment, however, the cushion is so soft that the weight of the head (not a heavy person - 5'3" 135lbs) will make the nose touch the bed making it hard to breath. If you are planning on using it face up, maybe it will work, but again, I need it face down. If they make the pillow 2-3" thicker I am sure it will work.

I recently got this face-down massage pillow and it has been a game-changer! I received it about 4 days ago and so far, it’s been pretty comfortable. I got it because I needed something to lie face down without hurting my face, and this pillow does the job. It’s not too soft or too firm, and the center hole really helps with keeping a comfortable position.Still testing it out, but I like it so far.

I'm delighted with this pillow. I bought it because I spend a lot of time lying face down for work and it has really made a big difference. It is very soft but at the same time it keeps the shape well, so it does not sink too much. My face no longer feels numb or irritated after using it. In addition, the design allows you to breathe comfortably. I totally recommend it if you are looking for something comfortable and ergonomic to support your face.
