I'm a senior citizen who has lost a lot of weight using Ozempic for diabetes, but it seems that the loss is mostly MUSCLE! My legs look like sticks and my chest has lost tone. Even light weight things feel heavy to lift now, and I find myself getting worn out quickly from physical activity like mowing the lawn.So, I've just started using this Naked product to build muscle in my legs and upper body. I've read that I can't build muscle at my age without protein supplementation. It's also suggested to take Creatine with it, so I bought that, too.I don't want junk in my body. I bought Naked Whey Protein Isolate on Bolo because another brand I bought previously didn't dissolve well and was loaded with big clumps of product that didn't break down even in my mouth. Gross. Naked Whey dissolves quickly in tap water with just a little stirring. No bad aftertaste nor upset stomach or gas.I'm tired of buying products that are loaded with other vitamins, minerals, etc. that duplicate other products I'm taking or that I don't want in the first place. THIS PRODUCT has NO NO NO extra things I don't need, such as fat, salt, sugar, carbs, artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners, GMOs, soy, gluten, growth hormones, and acid and bleach processing. It's made from just two ingredients: pasture-fed New Zealand's cow's milk and sunflower lecithin. It is verified by third party testing.In a short period of time, I'm already building muscle and have been able to increase the amount of weights I'm working with at a Silver Sneakers facility. I take a scoop right after finishing my resistance training, and another scoop 2 hours later. Supposedly the body can only utilize a scoop or so at a time, so I don't over do it. Also, too much protein isn't good for me either.

The best protein I have ever tried.For me, finding a decent flavored protein is SO difficult. They always taste artificial, I find myself always having to choke it down, which leads to inconsistency in taking the protein powder I need and eventually quitting.I never really thought to try an unflavored protein powder, but I was looking for a whey isolate and found this. This is so affordable, mixes perfectly with everything, has truly no taste, and best of all I get 30 GRAMS of protein! Most protein powders are 20-25 grams max per serving, which is a hefty two scoops.If you’re hesitant or looking for a great quality protein, you won’t regret trying this. I’ll be subscribed forever now!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted clean whey protein powder without the abundant unpronounceable added chemicals including synthetic sweeteners that I found in other brands no addedand that’s why I chose Naked brand.
