The media could not be loaded. I got this for my daughter 5 years old. She absolutely loves it. The capsule open and close. You can always change out the prizes. No batteries are need for this machine. Quality is very well made. She did get 2 coins stuck at the same time, you just need a tool that fit in the coin slot and push the coins down.

Looking for an entry level gatcha machine, this fits the bill. It's a good size, it's solid enough, and it mostly works.I quite like that it comes with capsules and the little hedgehogs to put in them, and I like the metal tokens it comes with.What I don't like is that it only successfully works about half the time. I would say that you have to put in three to five tokens sometimes and you have to turn the know very, very slowly, at least when it's mostly full. Seems to work better when there's less inside it, but obviously it looks better when it's full.

I purchased this toy for my home office & it came with a set of cheap plastic figures that were tiny, a set of plastic spheres that were rigid & difficult to put together & take apart, a set of coins & the machine itself that was simple to setup (which is a good thing since it didn't come with any instruction manuals). After I easily removed the top & loaded it with capsules & made sure the coin slot on the bottom was working, I placed one of the included coins into the slot & it instantly got jammed.In addition, I also discovered that the machine dispenses capsules by rotating the wheel on it counterclockwise even when there isn't a coin in the slot. So calling it a defective product is an understatement. I should've spent a bit more & gotten one of the legit machines that Bandai sells on Bolo but I wanted to save money. I guess you get what you pay for.Save yourself some trouble & give this toy a pass.

Not what I was expecting. It is very small, more a toy than what I wanted.Light weight and easy to travel with. Probable the only positive.The whole thing is cheap plastic and it is impossible to order the correct size balls to fill it. All the recomended product here on Bolo was not correct.Also, it would rotate and give out a prize, even without the token or quarter. Not good.I returned this and ordered a real vending machine instead from Vevor.

Perfect little prize machine for kids. It is very well made and comes with all of the capsules as well as some initial toys. Really easy to use and it’s just the right size for a kids playroom shelf or classroom!

I really wanted to love this product but the capsule balls and coin slot was really bothersome. The machine only fit the capsules it comes with, so if you lose them… you’ll just have the machine. The coin slot is very finicky and only accepts 25mm coin a little bit bigger than a quarter (24mm). Overall it has good quality i think it can be improved to be a better value for your money.
