This is a wonderful product. I was unafamiliar with pomegranate molasses but a brussel sprouts recipe I was making called for it. I'm happy with this because it has no added sugar. It's a wonderful flavor and now I'm interested to try other recipes that use this. The only reason I'm taking off a star is because it is in a plastic bottle and I'd much prefer glass.

It's good. If you like pomegranate then you will like this molasses. Reason I got it was to try the tik tok trend snack called Lavashak. 😋 Will buy this again to put on my pomegranate seeds.

It's ok. Not as thick as I would expect from a pomegranate molasses, it's more of a semi-thick syrup consistency. Due to the thinness and not being reduced down and thickened far enough, it isn't as deep and mature of a flavor as I wanted; it's a brighter pomegranate flavor, more suited for salad dressings and brighter, sweeter dishes. So it does taste good, but it's thinner in consistency and not as deep of flavor so it changes how it'll be used and isn't really what I was looking for. Also, the bottle it comes in is ridiculously thin and flimsy, like it's even thinner and flimsier than those super thin water bottles they make now that barely hold up, so I'm going to have to be very careful with it. Overall, I'll use it, but I am disappointed with it and definitely wouldn't buy it again.
