I have purchased this multiple times! The grape flavor is very good and the single serve packets are great for easy storage and transportation. I always grab for one of these when I start getting a headache and I’ve used them for sports many times. Tried and true for cycling tours and marathons! The quality of this matches the quality of the liquid version, maybe even a little better. Mixes very well and dissolves thoroughly.

I drink a lot of water and flush the electrolytes from my system, then I get dizzy. Added one of these to my daily water and it really helps. Great flavor, husband says they are to salty for him, but I don't notice it.

These are actually kind of tasty. We recently went to Southeast Asia on vacation and it was HOT. These packets helped us hydrate a lot quicker and provided an alternative to just plain water. The cucumber flavor is pretty strong but not overpowering. It does quench my thirst. I want some right now, actually. Would recommend1

These are good...but they are a little salty tasting and I put them in a 24 oz water tumbler. All the flavors I've tried from them are salty. Can't imagine them in a 16oz bottle of water. All the other brands I use aren't salty tasting.

This is the mist disgusting thing i ever drank. It says zero caliries. It says no sweetner addutives yet it tastes like a overdise of fake sweetner and overdise if sidium ir sidium bicarbinate. Perhaps when yiur dehtdrated it will taste different as it us elecrolytes. Your better iff taking a potassium, magnesium vitamin with a bottle if oj. This is nasty. Worse than but similar to the taste if the stuff you drink fir a coloniscopy...and yes i woke up tiday with a colon ckeanse from it. The sidium carbonate in it is same stuff as pre coloniscooy drink. All the salt in it id think it woukd dehydrate you mire. It gave me a headache. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THUS TO ANYINE DIABETUC OR IF U HAVE KUDNEY ISSUES. IF you get this..mix with 32 oz..nit 16 oz to dilute it. ITS HARSH. IM CALLING COMOANY FOR REFUND

These have such a strong flavor! If you love a strong flavor, go for these. I could've easily put half a packet in a bottle of water and it would've been plenty of flavor. The powerful flavor is just too much for me. I love that they have hydration and caffeine, but I can't do the flavor. :(
