I was very pleased that these came in assorted grits. I don’t do a ton of woodworking but I somehow always find myself missing the grit I need for the current project. This pack has helped with several projects already. I didn’t have an 8 hole sander but my dust collection rarely works anyway so I wasn’t too concerned. It fits my 5 inch orbital just fine, and I’m very pleased with the performance. The two in the picture were after a full project was completed. The paper held up and didn’t show any shredding or delaminating which usually drives me crazy. They still had plenty of grit and could be used again (I did and they worked fine). Excited to have a box of goodies for all my sanding needs!

Overall I was pleasantly surprised for the price point these discs were at. Typically with cheap discs they either don't hold up or don't hold on and these passed both of those tests so far. At first glance, the backing paper doesn't look like it would hold but it actually stuck very well to even my cheap Black and Decker orbital sander. Wasn't super aggressive with these as they're 120 grit pads but they held up against the cutting boards I was making.As others have mentioned, this hole pattern didn't exactly fit the sander I was using so really can't comment on how dust removal went. The one thing I did notice was that these 120 grit pads seemed to more closely matched what I know to be 100 grit. I only compared it to one other brand I happened to have on hand, but it confirmed my suspicion that these run a bit coarser than advertised. When comparing the two brands side by side on where I sanded on the cutting board you could feel a difference as well. Not a big deal, but definitely something to be aware of.

I got these thinking my name-brand palm sander was pretty standard. Previously I had bought a couple of packs of universal sanding discs, whose holes lined up fine with the vacuum ports in the backing pad. My sander has 8 holes in a circle, while these have 8 in a circle plus one in the middle. I thought the only difference was the center hole, no big deal. Unfortunately, and this is fully on me, the holes in these pads are farther from the center than the holes on my sander, so the dust is not removed.From what I could tell, the grit and the green glue are uniform and the sheets were precisely cut from the top of the stack to the bottom. The hook-loop adhesion was strong but no so strong that it pulled the hook layer off the sanding pad.

Seems like a solid collection of various grits. Nice to have the ability to sand wet or dry. Have only used a few briefly but they performed well. Others mentioned the vacuum holes not aligning but I didn't have this issue with 2 different brands of sanders (Porter Cable, Metabo). Since I don't use these too often, should last me quite a while. But if/when I need more, will definitely get these again.

At this price point you aren't going to get Festool or 3M Xtract, but these work great none-the-less. Was happy with them and they last longer than the average generic sandpaper.

High grit pkg bought and used for sanding out wood and epoxy from 400grit up to 2000 is what I bought and used.So far it has held up well under both wood and epoxy use. And I have used them wet sanding as well because YOU CAN!! and I forgot the dust extractor that day!! They held up FINE EVEN WET SANDING And I think they lasted longer when used wet??? I use them on wood, wood with paint on it, or on epoxies. Iv not used them for metal work. But so far these hold up better and cut longer than my other sanding disc.
