As a stay at home mom we couldn’t afford the Bogg Bag brand. I’m not normally a huge green handbag person , but it was on sale so I gave it a shot and I love it! I purchased the little add on things separately, but it also came with one of those clear zipper bags which I didn’t know about! So that’s a great accessory to have as well. Seems like great quality as well!

I ordered this Beach Bag, Rubber Tote Bag hot pink perforated stand up bag because I love my tiny version and wanted a larger one for this summer’s road trips.This bag looks like it’s made from the same kind of rubbery stuff as Crocs; it even has the same holes. I’ve been eyeing Bogg bags for a while, but they’re super spendy, so I was pleased to see this medium sized generic version. Earlier this spring I got a similar tiny bag and loved how it was sturdy and easy to clean; we have two big road trips coming this summer, and I wanted a larger bag for the car, to organize food and entertainment for those 1600 mile round trips.The bag I received measures about 14” wide x 12” tall x 5 1/2” deep. The handles have about a 7” drop, making the total bag height about 19”. It’s a vibrant, saturated hot pink, lightweight and sturdy, that stands up straight for ease in filling.This came with the handles in a separate zippered pouch and the small white plastic pieces to connect them. I have somewhat arthritic hands, so I asked my husband to attach the handles; he did it in just a few seconds. The larger side of the white pieces are on the outside.When this arrived, both sides were concave instead of straight. I put the bag on its side overnight with heavy books; it straightened out most of the curve on one side. I repeated this on the other side the next night. Most of the curve was gone. Because I was curious, I looked online for techniques to remove the remainder of the curve; I popped it in the dryer for a few minutes and repeated the process with the books overnight. The side was now flat. I repeated this the next night, and my bag is now nicely square without the tendency to arc in a concave curve. I also read you could stuff the bag with newspaper and use a blow dryer to soften it, this is supposed to have a similar effect.To be honest, the books did a great job of flattening the bag. Probably no one would have noticed the slight curve but me, but I’m glad I found ways to eliminate it. I like knowing the bag is easy to re-align if it gets out of square again.This medium size bag has excellent capacity; there’s plenty of room to store water bottles, picnic food, card games for the road, and more. I love knowing that if we have spills, we can actually hose this off. It’s much sturdier than a canvas carry bag, and I like the bright color, too.After our road trips, this will be great for grocery shopping or going to the green market. All the style of the popular Bogg bag without the hefty price tag. At the current price ($35.99) this is about half the regular price of the medium sized Bogg bag; it looks very similar and has similar sturdy construction, bright color, and easy clean/easy pack qualities.This type of bag is very on trend right now; there’s a bunch of accessories out there made to work with the holes in the bag. I was very pleased to find this cute pink bag; perfect for our road trips and beach/pool trips this summer.

When this bright pink tote landed at our doorstep, it was meant to save Grandpa (that’s me) from the perilous, toe-stabbing hazards of pool toys scattered across the deck. With dimensions of approx. 15 x 12 x 6 inches, it was just the right size to wrangle everything from squirt guns to floating dinosaurs - standing tall, refusing to tip, and easy enough to hose down after the grandkids have thoroughly tested its waterproof claims. The little holes punched in the side (about 1/3" each, handy for adding charms or keychains if you're inclined) let water drain easily, keeping things tidy.But there was one flaw in my carefully thought-out plan - I set it on the kitchen table, and Mrs. Patrick laid eyes on it.
