This pressure cooker is a fantastic product with outstanding quality. We used to have a different type, but this design is a significant improvement in both efficiency and functionality. It cooks food much faster, saving us valuable time in the kitchen. Additionally, it operates more quietly compared to our previous one, making the cooking experience more pleasant.

If Kuhn Rikon is the Cadillac of Pressure Cookers, then this Nytrx 12 Qt. is the Rolls Royce of Pressure Cookers. No more having to place the pressure cooker under a cold faucet to cool off the cooker to remove pressure. Easy one-handed lid removal, and the top rotating lock knob stays cool to the touch even after pressure cooking. This thing is not only beautiful to look at, but it is built like a tank. I’m able to do fried chicken in the pressure cooker with excellent results and this pressure cooker has multi-layers of backup pressure protection to prevent any accidents. The floating rocker valve also locks on with a little force, to prevent the weight from falling off when flipping the lid. That was an issue I had with another pressure cooker where I lost the pressure weight when it fell off one time, making it a useless pot. This pressure cooker is easy to clean and so far, no discoloration, nor warping. I love this pressure cooker so much that I purchased a second one to leave stored in the box, in case they ever stop manufacturing it and I can’t get a similar replacement.

This is a horrible pressure. It burnt my food. I wrote this before and I was asked to remove my one start and they would send me something. Well, I figured how to remove the star but they didn’t keep their word. So, I’m putting the one start back.
