I used these seeds in a seeded sourdough bread recipe, toasting some to put in the dough, and leaving some plain to roll on the outside. They had a good fresh flavor and worked great in my bread. I clipped the rest of the bag closed and put them in the freezer for long term keeping. Great for a kitchen staple to have around.

We use sesame seeds for many things in our house. Sprinkling on vegetables, adding to mixed seed and nuts for a hot cereal topping, and for making tahini for hummus. They serve every purpose well. It's nice to get a two-pound bag so that we have enough for a small or large batch of tahini and not have to worry about running out. If you need sesame seeds, you can't go wrong with these.

I love having sesame seeds on hand for garnish and didn't realize you can buy them in bulk!I love to top noodle bowls with sesame seeds and have been wanting to make more sesame-heavy recipes (sesame brittle.) So when I saw this 2-lb bag of sesame seeds I knew it was time!These seeds are great quality - fresh and nutty with no weird seeds. I've ordered from The Hampton Popcorn & Candy Company and have always been happy with the quality.

Very disappointed. I thought I was purchasing larger seeds. The seeds delivered looked nothing like the picture, they were much smaller. Unfortunately, they were not returnable!
