I got this gaming PC for my son and it’s been a great purchase! It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and runs smoothly with no issues at all. It came with a mouse and keyboard, which made setup super quick and convenient. Everything was ready to go straight out of the box, and my son was up and gaming in no time. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a solid, hassle-free setup. Definitely worth 5 stars! The monitor was purchased separately.

The pc did not work for some odd reason I tried everything I looked up the videos on how do set it up as well and it did not help.I am returning this pc and I would not recommend it at all.

Great Pc with great graphics for a fair price. The ports work perfectly, and it was very easy to setup. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi KEEPS disconnecting and it's frustrating not having an answer for it

Purchased in April for a person who plays a lot of games on Steam. Starts up quickly, I recommend to purchase your own windows program and install otherwise it is difficult to fix it you have issues. This computer was absolutely perfect at first! Everything my son was looking for and wanting. Purchased the end of February, and for the last week, we have been having issues with it connecting to the monitor. I’ve tried swapping the monitor and the HDMI cord. Nothing works. After sitting for a day or so, it will connect just fine, like nothing happened. Then it will either disconnect, or won’t reconnect when he tries to turn it back on. I’ve tried getting product support, but it’s only giving me suggestions that don’t apply to my issue. Which really bites, because I don’t want to have to spend even more money 6 months later.
