Hello this item claims to be gluten free on the page but if you look carefully at the ingredients it shows that it contains wheat. The only reason I am warning is my husband tried to get this for me as a gift. He knows obviously to get gluten free when I took a bite and ate one I had to go to the hospital because it was not gluten free. When I started to feel unwell I looked and saw the box said it contains wheat under allergens. Which my husband didn’t notice because when searching this says gluten free in the information. Please be careful. I’m not saying that this company is bad or anything. I just want everyone to be cautious coming from someone who is gluten intolerant and had to go to the hospital.I’m hoping customer service will do something about this. I have reached out and am waiting on a response. If I get one; I will update my review and bring it to a higher star value. But for now with no response and it says gluten free I need people to be careful! Stay safe everyone.

This item is dishonestly described as vegan. It is not! I presented these expensive chocolates to a vegan friend who promptly rejected them. By Bolo‘s policy I was not able to return this product, although it has not been opened..

Freshness - Ordered November 2024 - Dated Best by October 2025These are great chocolates. Smooth, creamy and not overly sweet.My favorite is the Dubai Chocolate, which is pistachio paste mixed with something similar to Filo dough that's crunchy. The Raspberry and Strawberry have great strong flavors as well. The Mango is the hardest flavor to identify as it's not very strong, but it's still a great piece of chocolate.They're packed in a nice box with a picture to identify which chocolate is which.This would make a great gift.

This is milk chocolate, which is blatantly not vegan, despite what the listing states. It was also non-returnable. This was supposed to be a nice Christmas gift for my wife, instead it is now a luxury item for myself that I wouldn’t have spent the money for.

These are some fancy chocolates in flavors that I haven't come across in any of the box stores (like the infamous Dubai chocolate with the crunchy pistachio mix, pineapple, mango). They're all made with mill chocolate to add a sweeter touch, and the flavors of the ones we've tried so far are on point and delicious imo. This is a fun chocolate box!

The five flavors were scrumptious. I found the raspberry flavor to be my favorite because of the real raspberry taste that punched through, although the Dubai chocolate was great and had an unexpected extra crunchiness. It reminded me of the filling for baklava. I usually do not care for the taste of mango, but I liked these chocolates! I had a hard time telling pineapple apart from mango.Note that these chocolates would make a great gift because of their presentation. The box feels like a work of art and even has a nice, distinctive texture so just holding the box adds to the experience of these chocolates. The only thing I would change about these chocolates would be to have the guide visible while looking at the chocolate for comparison. It’s printed on the underside of the box so you can’t contemplate the guide at the same time as looking at the chocolates. (Picking the next chocolate is such an important decision!) I would have liked to see the guide reprinted on the inside of the box top, have each row labeled or include a small insert.Overall 5 stars for the great taste!

These are honesty not as good as i was hoping. The raspberry and strawberry are ok and so is one of the other flavors (either pineapple or mango..i think its pineapple) but i cant eat the rest. I will not be buying these again. Def not worth the high price tag

An excellent assortment of fine, handmade truffles

Firs up, I want to address the obvious here. These aren't store brand, factory produced chocolates that all taste the same. These are handmade, small batch chocolates made with high quality ingredients. No. They don't taste like your favorite chocolate bar. They're not supposed to. I think people misunderstand the word "Chocolate" and use it as a blanket term without considering the various types of chocolate around the world.These come from Chino, California and are of the highest quality. The chocolate is excellent, the variety is well presented in an attractive box. I enjoyed every flavor in this collection: Dubai Chocolate, Raspberry, Strawberry, Mango and pineapple. If you go to the company's website, you'll see this is no importer trying to pass off something made in China as European. This is an American company making these products and their products give 15% to educational charities. If you want a high quality truffle package, I have no issue recommending these at all.
