(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } - Totally comfortable, just slip them on your ears and it's easy to forget you're wearing them. I get the best sound when I push them down a little lower on my ears.- They don't move at all on my ears: I biked with them on for over an hour (up to maybe 25 mph) and absolutely no issues- Unlike open-ear earhooks, when biking they don't add to the wind noise.- The Tozo app works pretty well, and the earbuds respond to your EQ settings. You can also customize the touch controls (for music, not for phone calls). There are translation features in the app, I tried them with some Vietnamese dialogue off the internet: (1) they work, but (2) they show the English translation on your phone, they don't actually speak the translation into your ear clips. Also, to use the translation features you need to create a Tozo account. There are also a bunch of relaxation sounds built into the app, I haven't tried them but they might be nice for a nap on the couch.- One weirdness on the app: when I first tried it, the app saw the ear clips but said they were not compatible. A few days later, I checked again and now the ear clips were compatible and I had all of the app features available. No idea why it didn't work and then it did.- Sound is good, not great. Out of the box, with the Standard flat eq, nothing to write home about, but with a much more V-shaped custom eq I can get a reasonable amount of bass and the treble is much brighter. You can get better sound from in-ear, but to have music in the background while you're totally aware of your surroundings, these are good.- Microphone is good, at least in relatively quiet conditions, your voice comes through clear and loud enough.- Battery life is excellent: in about an hour and 20 minutes at around 35% volume, I used 10% of the battery suggesting something like 13 hours battery life.- The case is fairly small and easily fits into a coin pocket. The display on the case is kind of nice too, it shows the % charge in the case, and 4 bars to indicate the charge status of each earbud.- No multipoint, which I understand at this price point, but I do wish they had this feature.- Touch control is good, not perfect: you touch the back part of the clips, which is a little awkward for me. Also, a long press disconnects a phone call, and it's possible (I did this once in about a half hour call) to turn your head and hold it for a few seconds and accidentally hang up on the call. It's a bummer that you can't customize the call controls.Overall, if you're looking for clips-tyle earbuds on a budget, these are a good choice.
5.0 out of 5 stars Best for the price!
For what they are, and a $30 price point, they’re great. This is my fourth pair of TOZO ear buds, third pair of open ones, following the O2, and Open Ego.I adore the O2, but their battery life is crap (I get maybe 4 hours listening on a charge cycle) and the case doesn’t have a visual display to let me know they’re seated right and you can only guess the case’s charge percentage based on the color/flashing led light on the case. The OpenEgos fixed all those issues, but are just not as comfortable and I can’t wear them as long. They’re perfect to keep in my purse though, esp since the case is a little larger and not great for my pocket. On to the EarRings, I was hoping for something to wear all day that would be comfortable and a good battery life. So far so good. I get about 7 hours of constant podcast/music listening. If I put them back in the case for an hour or so it’ll put them back to nearly full charge and I’m good for the rest of the day.Pros: they’re super secure, and since I wear glasses when I go out of the house having one less thing taking space behind my ears is great. Extremely lightweight, and can easily hear what’s going on around me. Case size is great, fits in my pockets, no issues with the buds not being seated poorly in the case.Cons: unlike the other two Open buds, the touch sensor is on the bit behind your ear with the EarRings, so laying down with these gets tricky as it frequently trips the sensor and turns off the bud. Whoever thought this was a good idea, we need to chat… but if I need earbuds in bed, I can just grab my O2s, so I’m ok. I’ve also got three earrings in each ear, so I’m still trying to figure out the right positioning if I go out to have glasses, mask, earrings and the EarRing buds all on at the same time - but I’ll deal.
5.0 out of 5 stars Runner review.
I really only use earbuds when I go running and so I have a few specific needs:1. Sweat proof.2. Bounce proof.3. Comfortable.4. Sound quality.I would say overall, these earbuds meet those needs and at $30 I am impressed.I went on a hot and sweaty run in Florida and they functioned perfectly fine. The moisture didn’t stop the music, didn’t make the earbuds slip around, and really made no difference to the function of the earbud.I ran for about 8 miles in these mostly at a relatively easy pace and these stayed put. Honestly, I was still playing around with the exact position of these, but wherever I put them they stayed. Zero bounce. As some others have said, once you put these on you can almost forget they are there. They don’t pinch your ears at all, they seem to perfectly hold on. I only noticed they were on because I was adjusting them to see what angle gave the best sound. The sound quality of these are their only weakness, but that is the point. They are meant to offer good situational awareness because the bud isn’t inserted in your ear. This means you lose some sound quality. Compared to the Tozo Openbuds, these aren’t as good, but you can hear your surroundings better. The Openbuds are basically as good as regular buds regarding sound quality while these earbud clips are a few steps back.I can really only compare these to the Tozo Openbuds and if you can afford another $20-$30 you should get the Openbuds. They do what these clips do, just a little better. The only thing these clips do better is they don’t cramp your ear if you wear sunglasses with them. While the Openbuds don’t bother me when I wear them with sunglasses, you do have to get used to wearing both. With this clips, your sunglasses aren’t competing for the same “real estate”.Overall, these are a 5 star product based on all they do for the price.
Best Ear Buds Ever
(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } I have bought and tried so many brands and types of ear buds, expensive brands and cheap ones, this one is the best one so far. Light and comfortable, the sound quality is impressive for the price I paid. It also got very cute pink colour. My ears are small and also sensitive. Wearring plugging in ear buds would left me with ear infection if I wear those for a long time. However the clip on ear buds are such good inventions and friendly to my ears. I had no ear infection issues after I used those. And thanks to the light weight, even if I wear them for a long time my ears won’t hurt. They are also not easy to fall out. Good for exercise.I highly recommend others to try!
Peccato

Great Customer Service
Great pear of earbuds for what it’s worth, very comfortable on the ear and never come off. Sound is nice and clear and has an app for changing EQ.A little issue buying the gold one where the left earbud started buzzing when the bass got louder, but the right one didn’t. I’ve also bought a set of black earbuds and they also don’t have that issue. I’ve explained this to customer service and now am waiting for a replacement! They were also quick to respond and quite kind lol A+ for customer service.
Absolut begeistert!
