It definitely keeps the beverage warm inside the cup for a while. It's very sleek and gives minimalist vibes with it. This was bought as a gift and was brought to be used in the office. Definitely a great purchase and there doesn't seem to be any downsides to this. Nothing is broke and everything works as advertised.

Love this for keeping a good cup of joe hot, but not too hot. The several heat levels are handy. Used it to keep cheese hot for a party too and it worked great. Definitely recommend.

This mug warmer heats up fast and allows you to change the temperature with the touch of a button during use. It is large enough to hold a good-sized mug, but I use it to keep a soup bowl warm during a meal and it works great, especially if you use a flat bottom bowl.
