Cover will not stay close in usage. Does not have smart mapping of your pool. App that is used is not allowed in the google ecosystem for security reasons, along with a whole host of other issues. I would not suggest buying anything from this seller, in that they are manipulating the review system.

We researched pool vacuums for several months - we choose this one because it’s not cordless so it will not run out of power before the job is done. Our pool is 20x40 and 9 feet on the deep end, so we really needed an effective pool vacuum and this one did not disappoint. We cannot believe how much grit and grime this vacuum pulls out of our pool. We are 100% satisfied with the performance of this pool vac & we highly recommend. I wanted to share pics of the vacuum cleaning my pool - but it looks like Bolo wants access to all of my pictures - nit just the pics I would like to share here on this review.

Overall I like this vacuum, but I do have some concerns. I've had this vacuum for about a month and I like it so far. Here are the pros:- It cleans well. Nothing really gets left behind.- Climbs my walls no problem.- Easy to clean/ use.- It seems solidly built and more sturdy than my last vacuum(Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus).- The handle is really good for taking in out of the water., plus there is a feature on the app that will allow it to automatically come to the edge of the pool for pickup.- Remote control works pretty well when you want it to get a specific spot.- The app allows you to choose the shape of your pool, pattern the vacuum takes, how long you want it to clean and the places you want it to clean(wall & floor, just the floor or wall or waterline).- The power bank is small and looks nice. It has spots on the back you can mount it to the wall if you'd like. The cord and connections are also sturdy and should hold up well.cons:- The app is a little slow sometimes. Usually not bad, but can be a little slow. I the app for Samsung phones, not sure about i-phones- I cannot set a weekly cleaning schedule. It will not save my selections. I've emailed their support and have not heard back yet.- The delay start option doesn't always work.- Because the vacuum is a little big, it does not get my top step very good. It climbs my stairs fine, but it doesn't get the stairs as good as the rest of the pool. I usually just brush the dirt into the pool or use the remote drive feature to manually get the stair.I also received a faulty unit when I first ordered, but they responded quickly after I contacted them and sent me a new one. This one works great.Overall I like this vacuum a lot more than my old unit, especially for the price. It does a better job cleaning and is physically more robust. I am hoping it lasts for a long time. If they fix the issue with the weekly cleaning schedule, I would give it a 5 for sure.

I bought this in November of 2024 and it worked fantastic until about a month ago. For 5 months it was the best thing since sliced bread … now it won’t turn on! Very disappointing for such a costly product! It’s very difficult to get in touch with tech support for assistance. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone to this day. This has become a thorn in my side trying to get it repaired and I regret purchasing this!!!
