I had heard positive things about its effectiveness, although the underlying reasons remained somewhat unclear to me. Having experimented with it, I am currently enjoying the three distinct modes it offers: TENS, EMS, and Massage. With multiple intensity levels available for each mode, I am still exploring its full potential. I have found the massage mode particularly beneficial, and I was pleasantly surprised by how closely it mimics the sensation of a real massage. It has been helpful for my back, as I experience significant upper back pain due to sharing a bed with my children and leading a largely sedentary lifestyle as a stay-at-home mother. I have also tried the EMS mode and am still evaluating its effectiveness. While it certainly feels like it is working during operation, I am uncertain about the expected outcomes. I appreciate its ease of assembly and storage, and the fact that it does not require numerous components is certainly convenient for me.

The Nursal wireless TENS has multiple modes and intensities to choose from. It has a long lasting rechargeable battery that can be used several times between charges. The included pads can be reused several times. It is easy and convenient to use at home or at work. I have a wired TENS unit that I have used in the past. This wireless unit is so much more convenient to use. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who suffers from joint or nerve pain. I have used it on my back, shoulder and knee.

I really like this product. I have been having issues with my hands and arms since i was diagnoised with carpal tunnel syndrom and i had a friend tell me of Tens therapy so i figured i would try it. i am so glad i did because it has help releave so much pain in my harms and shoulders. It is small and not bulky and easiler portable. I stick it in my purse when i go to work even. its easy to keep clean with the pads you put on and seems to have a battery life of a year because i use it often and still hadnt had to charge it but once every few days. I feel that it is very durable too.

I had a tens unit from my chiropractor that went out after using it for 2 years. After doing some searching, I found this. Recently I’ve used it a few times before bed and it works just as well as the one I received from my chiropractor 2 years ago. I love that this one is wireless and has a remote control. The one I had before was wired and had to be clipped to my clothing if I wanted to move around. With this wireless unit, I can move around freely and not have to worry about getting caught on anything. I will say, anything past level 3 is kind of intense. Personally, I like level 4-5, as it feels to penetrate deeper and eases my lower back pain better.

My doctor told me a long time ago to get one of these tens units to help my neck pain so I decided to look for one and this one looked like it would be OK for the price. I didn't want to get a really high price one and then not like it is my insurance wouldn't cover itso. I thought I'd try. . it's very nice. It's seems very durable. It's comfortable and I love it. It helps my pain a lot. And it comes very nicely, packaged too as you can see in my pictures.

For someone who recently had a second spinal surgery this unit comes in handy. I don’t always have a lot of pain but sometimes the cramps are extremely intense and unbearable. This unit helps ease the pains of them so quickly. The speed is good, quality couldn’t be any better, the size is perfect for almost every area of your body, and the effectiveness is spot on. The stickiness of the pads are good and don’t hurt when taking them off.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this wireless TENS unit for about 6 weeks now and it’s been pretty convenient for my routine. Having two separate units is nice since I can use one on my lower back and the other on my shoulder at the same time with different settings. The wireless design is definitely a game changer - no more getting tangled up in wires or being stuck in one position during sessions. The remote control is easy to use and having 18 different modes with 20 intensity levels gives plenty of options to find what works best. Battery life is solid, usually get about 10-12 hours of use before needing to recharge and the USB-C charging is convenient. The magnetic connection between the unit and pads feels secure and hasn’t come loose even when I’m moving around. However, the electrode pads are where this thing falls short. They start losing their stickiness after maybe 5-6 uses and then don’t stay attached properly, which is frustrating when you’re trying to get a good session in. I’ve already had to order replacement pads twice in 6 weeks which adds to the cost. Also noticed that the adhesive leaves some residue on my skin that takes scrubbing to get off. The intensity can get pretty strong on the higher settings which is good for deeper stimulation. Setup was straightforward with decent instructions. Does what it’s supposed to do but those pads really need to be more durable for the price point.
