Amazing product. I got it to make fine lines on my watercolor paintings, but it can also be used on stone, glass, wood, anything! It's so easy to use. I'm so happy with my purchase! I highly recommend. It will be so much fun to use.

Used to perform finesse engraving which is more difficult with larger,or corded rotary tools.Used this tool on various materials and various diamond simulated cutting tools help to improve penetration due to various tip profiles. Rotary motor runs at three speeds allowing optimization of tool control. Diameter and weight of the tool are very ergonomic and conducive to achieving precision while scripting or drawing to create long or short strokes. Like the boxed set organizer,fits all tools and rechargeable cable with tip. installed. Battery and power of the tool is very appropriate for cutting speeds, depth of cut, feed rate to material relationship. Quality fit and finish tolerances with solid durable construction.Example hardwood shown.

This product was originally called CULIAU and it was GREAT. I work for an optical lab and assemble rimless glasses. I used the CULIAU for removing plastic from Trivex lense, smoothing off edges, drilled holes etc. It was OUTSTANDING. Finally, it stopped working after a year and 3 months of repeated daily use throughout the day.When I went to replace it, it was suddenly called the "Customizer". Slightly different design but overall very similar. Stopped working even though charged. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement. The replacement worked for about a week and a half. I have had 5 of these and got the same result. You're paying for the amazing design but that's it! It looks sharp, but a cheaper one I bought while I was waiting for the "replacement" is still going strong.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The Alan that comes with it is too small, so the retainer screw strips. I like the rest, but maybe try a different brand.

worked great. Better than expected. Shipped and arrived quickly. I have used it's hundreds of times the bits are great too and the vardless recharging is awesome. Would definitely recommend

Nice fun tool but doesn’t carve all rocks. Only softer rock
Nice on softer rocks but definitely not carving any rock. Some ingress are too hard to carve.
