En mi cocina tengo batidores de marcas grandes y más caros para grandes cantidades،pero para porciones pequeñas este me encantó.Lo uso a diario en mi restaurante para preparar salsas y mezclas rápidas.Es pequeño, muy fuerte y práctico, y hasta ahora ha funcionado sin problema.¡Lo recomiendo mucho!

A big skip on this product. Three and a half months it lasted with little use. I could not fid a way to contact there customer service for the warranty information and product help.

We have some friends who own a Thai restaurant, and since it's a small operation, there's a lot of hand tasks that need to be done. We love their peanut sauce, but it is very labor intensive to do by hand. I made a gift of the TK Tartle Kitchen Commercial Immersion Blender, and waited for it to arrive.Ever see video clips of a Navy warship kitchen or galley? This Immersion Blender could blend an entire 20 gallon soup pot in like 30 seconds. You could power a destroyer with one! Not really, but this is definitely an industrial-level tool!All buttons are sealed and rubber coated. The handle grip gives you a ton of control, especially since this thing spins incredibly fast. The one thing that did not make sense is the plastic locking collar on the mixer shaft. Everything else is stainless steel; why is the collar, the item that locks the mixer shaft to the motor plastic? We'll have to be very careful with tightening this.We tried it on about 2 gallons of peanut sauce and it was done in about 2 minutes. Wow. They said that normally that much peanut sauce would take at least 15 minutes to blend smooth. They also tried making some Thai Coffee ice cream; done in about 30 seconds. Very yummy!If you want to blend a 12 ounce smoothie at home this is not the tool you are looking for. If you are doing large scale kitchen prep or want to replace the outboard motor on your speedboat, this TK Tartle Kitchen Immersion Blender is solidly built and meant to make your work prep easier.

I was a little worried about buy this, I use the immersion blender 1-2 times a week to blend up 50lbs of dog food, this includes a whole pork shoulder, vegetables and grains. My previous blender I had to do it in batches and took 10-15 mins to do everything. This blender, I can do everything together and it takes no longer than 1-2 mins! The blender is super easy to clean and I love that it breaks down for cleaning and storage. The only thing I found that makes less easy to use is the safety features when turning it on, you almost need to be a contortionist to press buttons and switch things. That said a few times using it I got used to the process. Great product, I hope to have it around for many years to come.

Works great mixing. Getting louder each time I use it and lock button malfunctioned and doesn't work after 3rd use.
