I haven't been taking these very long, but I already feel like my digestion is a bit more settled and I've noticed I’m not as bloated as usual. I got this to help with PCOS symptoms, hormonal balance, and overall vaginal health, and I’m hopeful it will continue to make a difference with consistent use. Such a miracle herb! I’m going through perimenopause, had to get off of birth control pills, and I have lupus… AND this pill has brought be back to a normal, that I haven’t seen in a very long time! So far I love this product! I have been having horrible headaches, low energy, and no motivation to do anything ever since I had my daughter almost 2 years agoI figured my hormones have been out of balance ever since, and I finally stumbled across these probiotics. I have taken them for 5 days now and I already see such an improvement!My energy levels have drastically increased, no more headaches, and I don’t hit a drop in energy mid afternoon like I usually would.The pills themselves are super easy to take and smell really good.I don’t have any cons so far and they definitely seem to be working great. The price for them also seems very good and I will definitely buy them again!

I love how gentle they are on the gut. Since starting without diet I lost about 7 pounds. They make my cycles more manageable and consistent. I have only been using this product for a few days but I have already noticed a difference in my digestive regularity and my hunger levels. I would not say that the change has been dramatic, but it is definitely noticeable. They smell very nice - citrus-y - and they don't leave a bad taste in my mouth.The pill container is glass, which I appreciate, and the capsule inside a capsule is quite interesting as well.
