I really like this rice flour. It’s great quality and a good price. I started using it instead of regular wheat flour, and it mixes much more easily with liquid without forming lumps. All my dishes turn out softer and more tender now.

I love this stuff. I use it for my sourdough bread every day and it works great for the top of the loaf. It is high quality, not distinct taste and it’s really affordable. These last bags I got had a top that sealed and that was amazing!
