I’m very pleased with this purchase—everything from the product to the packaging and delivery exceeded my expectations. The luggage feels much higher quality than I anticipated and comes packed with great features. It includes three easy-to-set TSA combination locks, smooth-rolling wheels (plus a spare, which is a thoughtful bonus), and reinforced aluminum corners that add both durability and a premium look.Inside, it’s surprisingly spacious with well-designed zippered compartments and additional storage behind the lining—perfect for documents or smaller items. The shell feels solid and well-constructed, offering peace of mind that my belongings will stay protected.It’s also the ideal size for a flight carry-on and impressively lightweight. Lightweight and sturdy, love the lock and the size. Perfect for carry on. The wheels are smooth and easy to roll, and it also comes with an extra wheel.

This carryon luggage is pretty good. It is very sturdy and capacity is large. The black color is good for me and my husband as well. The wheels are very flexible and are easy to make turn. Great buy for this price! Highly recommended!

Color is lighter than expected, which we actually liked. Bought this due to the locking mechanism instead of zippers, as the zippers are always one of the first things to break on luggage ... and the wheels, and this one even came w/ an extra wheel which was unexpected. Weight is good, quality good, and roomy inside.

Case looks great, feels sturdy, and is actually lightweight. Rolls great, the retractable arm is solid and tucks away clean. The item itself meets all expectations given the high price tag relative to comparable Bolo products.Customer service on the other hand far exceeded expectations. My bag 'popped' out at a corner - essentially blew out at the corner of the abs/pc shell. Same corner as a wheel. It was clearly from a big fall while in transport between multiple airports (24" bag, checked in, not carry on) - at least that's my theory. (Regardless, at whatever point in airport-to-airport transport it broke, although it sheared at a corner, it stayed whole - my belongings remained intact and contained. This says something profound to be honest.) Anyhow, while still at the airport I noticed it, snagged a picture, and sent it to Krute before I began my commute home. I messaged them on Bolo and was provided a direct email address. Their responses were timely and they were fluent in my native language. After showing a picture and providing order number, they quickly shipped me a replacement. No questions asked. They didn't ask who broke it, why I think it broke, if I mistreated it, etc - they just asked me where I wanted it shipped.I already received the replacement and opened it, so this review wasn't part of a barter. In the end I have a new bag (which is still warranted I've been advised) and still technically have the damaged bag. I wouldn't use the broken one to travel via airline, but maybe for a road trip? Nonetheless, at the very least, I have some spare wheels for my replacement!The product is great and service even better. For this, I will be adding the matching 20" carry-on to the arsenal.

Looks clean, very maneuverable, and holds its shape well, but two of the three clasps don't work and will randomly pop open.

Came very quick. The outlook is nice and neat. Quite light. With multiple and separate layers, easy to arrange and store the travel stuff. Filled a lot of my stuff more than I think. Easy to lock and move very smoothly too. Quite like it and ready to travel with it!

Very good looking. Well made ( mostly ) .The pullout handle is kind off flimsy . ( room for improvement).The design reduces inside space as some space is used to house the handle inside.Wheels just OK . The case super solid . Locks work good.
Quality and weight
Its the perfect size for a flight carry on and the dry weight is also super light. The build quality of the carry on is super high quality as I can tell by its aluminium coners and the hard shell protection keeping my belongings safe. The color black is amazing i am so greatful i went with black and nothing else and I recommend going black.
Product does not match with description 😖😖😖
FRAUD ALERT!!! False information. Product details say Aluminum, but it is plastic. There are metals at the corners, but does not look like aluminum, and that too is poorly nailed. The hook on the back is made of flimsy plastic, didn’t even try to test its strength. Returned the item the same day of delivery.
