I love this composter. It is so easy to use. Just follow the instructions and you will have compost.

We’ve had it only for years and while their customer service is responsive, it’s very slow. They ask a lot of questions and it takes him a day or two to respond to your reply. My loan has been broken for over a week and they’re just now sending me a new one. In the meantime, I ordered this. It works just as well. But slightly smaller, but that’s not an issue. Very quiet too.

It takes more than one cycle to get it actually composted, smells so bad I can't use it unless everyone is asleep, and has created a massive fruit fly problem in my house. It's prettier than most, but not worth it at all. I'd take an uglier one that functions better any day.

It is working out great. but where do I get more Charcoal for the replacement. My first batch had a bad smell had to open house and the new compost dirt has the same small.
