Claims to work for adults and kids, but the resistance is too weak for adults and too strong for children. The indicator markings rubbed off within a week. Disappointing and poorly engineered.

My doctor recommended I get one after a recent abdominal surgery. This one came super quick and worked great. It's not as easy as I expected it to be but it works well. I used it at least once an hour while I was awake for the first week or so post op.
