I take this after every workout. I add another 20 gr of protein and blend.With this vanilla I can turn it into chocolate or Strawberry by adding.I always have two chilled in the Refer.I am a senior Bodybuilder.I ve only consumed it after a blending with my hand mixer.They Arrived in a good box.

Sometimes, there can be small chunks in the drinks, even after shaking. Also, these are pretty expensive. However, I like the vanilla flavor, and 30 grams of protein for only 160 calories is unbeatable. Will continue to buy.

I was concerned about this item arriving in good condition since it is liquid. No need, it arrived intact, no damage and no leakage. I also like buying the larger quantity. In the stores you have to buy several cartons and it is cheaper this way. I was happy with everything from beginning to end.

I definitely needed more protein in my diet, but am not a big meat or egg person. My daughter recommended that I try this as a replacement for my coffee creamer. WOW -- it's great. I can live with the caloric content and usually make my two cups of coffee, then finish off the containter as "breakfast." I have definitely felt the benefit from this . . . additional energy and a better attitude.

What ever happened to the 18 ct. carton? Now most are 12 and, with luck, may be 15. These appear to all come from WalMart. Delivery time is terrible, if it comes at all.
