This is THE most delish maple syrup I have ever had the privilege of tasting in my entire life. I will never be able to buy any other maple syrup brand again. This made my french toast heaven on a plate, and adding a bit to whipped cream took it from "yum" to "OMG YUM"If you are questioning this purchase at all, dont. Buy it. Buy all the different ones they have too. I am ordering the vanilla because I bet it will be a perfect addition

A pretty good cinnamon flavor combined with maple syrup. The whole family liked this syrup. I wasn't expecting the cinnamon flavor to be so distinct, without being overwhelming, but it was. Really a good ratio of cinnamon to maple sweetness. As pictured, it comes in a beer bottle-shaped bottle with a flip cap. I actually rather prefer this to a screw or plastic cap, just because inevitably the syrup gets crusted around the lid.

Real maple syrup from Pennsylvania. I grew up in PA, so I am sentimental. It has a large cinnamon stick inside to infuse the syrup with a hint of cinnamon. This high end cinnamon infused maple syrup (with a bit of vanilla flavoring) is quite a treat whether being used for cooking, adding to my morning espresso, or ((of course) topping homemade pancakes. It is not your over the counter overly sweet maple syrup, rather a more earthy sweetness.

Nova Maple Syrup, Cinnamon Infused, is a product of Pennsylvania and presented in a very well sealed 16 oz. glass bottle with a cinnamon stick inside.This is such a delicious product. The cinnamon really does complement the maple and the combination is a taste treat. I am using this over waffles and find it to be the perfect topping.The Best By date on the bottle that I received is almost three years in the future.

This is excellent. As soon as you open the bottle the wonderful smell rushes up to greet you- as soon as I smelled it I had to taste it! It doesn't disappoint. The cinnamon hits the right harmonic note without being overwhelming. The flavors in this syrup complement each other and don't compete. The cinnamon adds depth to the maple, and a little bit of warmth, without being spicy or hot. It looks like rich, fairly clear maple, and there's two cinnamon sticks in mine. This would make a great gift - it comes very well protected and in a sturdy, attractive bottle with a extremely good seal and a plastic seal around that. Anyone who might like cinnamon toast would love this. As a bonus, this is the type of bottle that you can easily reuse to make homemade vinegars or oils with- or to bottle your homemade dressings or beer.
