Works exactly as advertised. Turns on the vacuum when I start the power tool. The remote control is nice, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to lose it.

U do need to get batteries but they are common batteries I ordered some off Bolo got like a 5pak for 20$ I think. This thing is nice easily hook up vacuum and router or other tools. Delay is nice. Seems like a good quality only time will tell lol. Great addition to any shop it's nice having a remote just don't lose it 😜 def recommend this so far. If anything changes will update my review.

I've used this for about two years. It's worked flawlessly. I use it on my table saw to turn on the dust collector when the saw comes on. It's easy to unplug and move to other tools. Highly recommend. I like having the remote when using with other tools so I don't have to walk over and turn the dust collector on.

It works, but I have been surprised a couple times with the vacuum cleaner magically turning on when I'm not out in the shop working, so I have to be careful to actually turn it off or unplug it when it isn't needed. All good though.

Product works exactly as described.. I wish someone made a 240 Volt version of this.. It would be great to have my vacuum turn on whenever I turn on my knife grinder. But i did velcro the remote control switch close by the power switch so its not a huge deal. It works great in combination with my table saw, router table and shop vacs. I plan on ordering one or two more of these units. Note it does not come shipped with the batteries for the remote control. The remote control requires a 12 volt 23A battery.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It turns on and off with delay as advertised. I use with a miter saw and vacuum. A complaint that I have is that if it stops the vacuum momentarily between cuts even with the longer delay selected. For example, if I have selected a 7 seconds delayed turn off, I pull the trigger on saw, vacuum starts after short delay, I make a cut and release the trigger, the vacuum continues running to complet it’s delayed turn off, I pull the trigger on the miter saw again for the next cut (say 4 seconds after the first cut stopped ), at about 7 seconds, the vacuum stops momentarily and then restarts. With my Festool vac, as long as the next cut is started before the vacuum stops, then the vacuum keeps running.

The remote stopped working within 1 week and 2 now the box has turned in the vacuum in the middle of the night, I know it's not the remote glitching because I removed the battery when I was trying to get it to work. Not only is it not functioning as intended but a fire hazard, i don't know how many hours my vacuum was running. For the first week when it was working it seemed like a decent product but the fact that i can't trust it to remain in the setting is left it is worrying.
