I took it daily for 2 months and just got my blood test back — my Vitamin D25 level is now 106! My doctor even told me to stop because I no longer have a deficiency. I'm honestly so happy and impressed. This supplement really works!

So I'm on vitamin D now and the doctor recommended K2 along with it. I found these and thought I would give it a try because the two are combined. The capsules are small enough swallowing the capsules is easy. There is no smell. I can't say anything about quality because I have to assume what they say is really in there. Time will tell when I get the next lab test. It was a good buy.

I need easy to swallow pills, these soft gels are tiny and I love them. They seem to work fine; no adverse side effects. I do always wait until I’ve eaten lunch to take them.
