Okay I bought this to make the internet sensation chocolate bar. I figured if I could add a little protein to the candy bar it would be awesome. This stuff is actually delicious. Comes in a nice resealable jar and sealed up tight. Texture is smooth and creamy, just make sure you stir it up good. The taste is really really nice, it tastes almost high end but not overwhelming. The added protein really helped justify the cost.

The main problem with this ‘pistachio’ cream is really the lack of pistachios. The spread is smooth and has a delicious milky taste, but overall really only offers a hint of nutty pistachio flavor. The added protein and lack of palm oil is a nice touch, but on the downside the product still contains additives and artificial colors. The product tastes great on toast or on sliced banana, but overall I’m not sure that it’s worth the calories.

I love a good pistachio spread and figured the added protein would be a nice addition for my kids. This spread is nice and creamy and I didn’t notice any weird aftertaste that sometimes accompanies products that are packed with protein. It’s not too sweet and it offers a nice nuttiness. I like it best just spread on some toast.
