Fantastic for adding to soup to give it extra richness and mouthfeel. Flavorless and odorless. Works best if added VERY slowly into COLD water while whisking VERY vigorously. It will clump incredibly easily if added too fast to liquid.

This is the second item order for me. I use a heaping tablespoon in my coffee every morning. No funny taste! (I use a frother to blend it in my coffee. No lumps!). I will be a repeat buyer. This is a good deal for 2 lbs of product too.

I purchased this because not only was it Organic. It is supposed to be third-party tested for heavy metals which are often found in gelatin when I first mixed it up it didn't dissolve as quickly and easily as Knox or some other one, but I stirred it in hot, not boiling water, even though I didn't. Appear to be dissolving perfectly I went ahead and added my cold liquid, stirred it up and then put it in the refrigerator when it was set up. It was crystal clear and perfect. A great gelatin. I highly recommend this the first bag I ordered arrived just in the bag with no protective plastic or envelope or anything so it was damaged but I didn't hold that against it and I re-ordered a replacement. It is really great. I will continue to use. It's a nice addition for all kinds of things again I highly recommend when it's set up. It was beyond perfect.

I found out gelatin was good for joints so I got this to try it out. I don't actually know if it has helped my joints but my nails were stronger in a week or two, substantially stronger. This brand is good, easy to make, no taste. I put a square of it in my morning coffee every day. And it works well with my carnivore diet! Great purchase!

Excellent gelatin for bumping up protein. No beef flavor. I actually use this to make homemade jello. Grandchildren love the jello.

I purchased this because not only was it Organic.
