I purchased this multi because I was looking for something with a decent amount of vitamin D as mine was on the low end of low but also all the other necessities. I feel a lot of multivitamins don’t have all the things you need in them. Within just a few weeks, my vitamin d level is now 90! I feel happier!

These vitamins work very well for my sensitive stomach. I also feel better when I take them and have increased energy. Great value for the money and good vitamin levels. Works well for a decrease in caloric intake.

This Youtheory GLP support multivitamin has great ingredients that help fill any gaps when losing weight. I've used Youtheory supplements in the past and they've worked well. This one is very gentle on the stomach and seems to be helping with energy as well.

As a regular guy without a medical background, I cannot tell you that the amount of vitamins or concentration of minerals is accurate. What I can tell you is that they are gentle on the stomach. I have a gluten sensitivity, so there have been multi-vitamins I have taken in the past that have upset my stomach.The vitamins and other supplements listed are what I have been told I should be taking. I am 51 and have been advised that I should supplement with vitamins to maintain a healthy diet.I included a photo of the size of the individual capsules because I know this is an issue for some people. I have been taking them first thing in the morning without food (only 1 capsule and not the recommended 2) so I could get a sense of how they might affect my digestive system.If you are sensitive to smell, they do not smell good. But I don't feel like most capsules smell great!I recommend looking at the Supplement Facts and verify that the vitamins you are needing are included. Like I said, I do not have a deviancy currently, just a suggestion from my primary care Dr to add a multi-vitamin to my diet. This is a great option since even without food, it has not caused any digestion issues!

I use it with my injections but don't know if it is helping. I will continue to take it, hoping it is effective in helping keep my ALC-1 and my weight down.
