If you know nothing about Pilates, you will find this informative. If you’ve been practicing and studying Pilates for any time at all, you will find this to be general word-vomit with no real depth on the discipline. I bought this last year and finally sat down to read it as I prepare for my exam. It’s a waste of money. It seems to be written by someone whose first language is not English. The information is generic and could be better produced by AI. Notice in the attached image, there are two repeating paragraphs. The information is vague and generic, not detailed and specific.

I bought this book and was disappointed to find typos and just an overall lack of depth in the material. I was mostly looking to clean up my knowledge of anatomy to prepare and found that the anatomy portion of the book was very vague and not detailed at all. I would not recommend this book as a study guide for the NCPT.
