This device has been so helpful. I suffer from SLE lupus. The medications that I take causes me to have deterioration in the quad muscles, which results in a lot of pain and atrophy, so being able to have something like this has been extremely beneficial. The options for several modes from massage to Ems to tens has been so helpful in being able to tailor what needs for that day need to be taken care of with this pocket-sized little machine. This device, along with all of the things that come with it are smaller than my Z Fold phone. It is easy to use and extremely convenient and efficient. I would recommend a 100 times purchasing this if you suffer from any kind of pain if you are an athlete looking to help with delayed onset muscle soreness or if you're just someone that can't always move your muscles like you would like to this little guy will help you. Immensely.

After waking up several days in a row with my neck and shoulder giving me misery but no obvious source and nothing else helping I decided to whip out my TENS unit. Alas, it had disappeared somewhere into my ADHD cave and couldn't be located. I'd been wanting a newer unit for a couple of years and was shocked at how inexpensive this unit was but read the reviews and took the plunge. A couple of days later I was impressed at how great this budget unit helped out.Now, if you're someone who's looking to upgrade and are an experienced TENS user I'd recommend this as maybe a back-up unit for travel. But if you're on a budget, want a bare bones one without all the different settings, or are just getting started this is a no frills, powerful starter unit at a great price.

Did not have as strong vibrations as I expected it to have. Functioned well and stickiness was average, not superior. Was easy to use after I read through the instructions. Didn’t realize help that much with pain relief.

Update (4/15/1025): If I could give this product a rating higher than 5 stars, I would do so! The battery lasts a good long time, so much so that despite wearing it for more hours than I can remember since I bought it, I've only had to charge it once. The device, despite being lightweight, seems to be of excellent quality. I've dropped it a couple times with no ill effects. And, the hip pain that prompted me to get the unit has subsided. I would say it's gone, but I don't want to jinx myself. Thus far, you can't go wrong with this item!have used a number of TENS units over the years for relief from aches and soreness from my work as a tennis professional. I actually wore them while at work, which didn't help sustain the pads. But I haven't used one in the recent past. This new unit is compact, powerful, and easy to navigate. The initial charge seems to be lasting for quite some time as well. My wife and I have used it for approximately 8 hours and I still have the same number of bars as when we started. As far as power goes, I have yet to go past 10 because I receive plennty of power between the 8 and 10 settings. Love the stimulation of my lower back and troublesome hip (which feels like sciatica), and I also have it hooked up simultaneously to what has felt like a minor calf strain. I have all 4 pads with channels A & B going simultaneously and I'm sitting and walking around with the unit in my pocket as I go about my activities at home. I definnitely recommend the unit at this point. I must say that it feels as though one of the cords produces more power, but I haven't done sufficient testing to support that hypothesis. I'll edit this review if something changes.

My son couldn't wait to give this a try. He said it felt very similar to the one he uses at physical therapy. And since therapy is coming to an end we bought one of these for home! Easy to use. The charge lasts a good while! I'd recommend this unit to anyone who is searching for one. You definitely get your money's worth.

I seen this exact unit at my Chiropractor's office. When she used it on me I was amazed how quickly it took the pain away. It's small but mighty. There are three different intensity options and that was an important feature for me. Overall this is easy to use, battery has a long life span, easy to charge. Great purchase.
