My first lasted for years. The only problem with the first coffee maker was its inability to make a decent cup of coffee when compared to my other coffee makers. The Keurig's strength was its speed. This new Keurig makes me reevaluate my opinion on its ability to make a good cup of coffee. The coffee now is excellent, and with the strong button the brew is flavorful. Some people may object to its aesthetics and question the device's durability, but if you are looking for a good cup of coffee, look no further.

We have owned more than a dozen Keurig coffee makers over the years, usually 2 at a time (home & office). Only half of them have lived up to minimum expectations. We decided to buy this "commercial" grade machine hoping for more longevity. It only lasted 20 days. We will never buy another Keurig coffee maker.
