Great product!!! These were a life saver for me as the flanges that came with my pump were WAYYY to big for me. They are extremely comfortable and easy to clean and have fit in almost every pump I’ve inserted them into. Definitely recommend these!!

These are exactly the size I needed them to be and are the quality I had hoped for. They have made pumping so much less painful and fit my spectra flanges perfectly.

These work just fine, but doctor said that the suction of the pump forces the flange open making them bigger than the listed size. I ended up returning them and purchasing the right size flange.
1.0 out of 5 stars Don't fit in my 24mm flanges
I needed a size 18mm insert for my wearables that are 24mm. These are horrible and do not fit. They don't go all the way in as they are too big. I've used them a few times and pushed them in as much as I could. But this last time I pumped the pain was too unbearable. I got blisters and cuts from where the insert doesn't meet the flange and rest flat. Im not sure if you can see it in the picture or not. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on these and could return. Maybe I missed info where they are suited for larger flanges. Maybe they would go well in a larger size (however it doesn't seem they are big enough for that). They also are a little stiff and not as pliable as others I've bought.
