I have bought 11 remo hobby rc trucks and truggies fact. I bought two of the brushless rc truggy that is pictured but in the pictures it has upgraded shocks it says allow cap and look at pictures, it shows threaded shock tower and adjusting nut but not what is sent with it I’m very disappointed I have always said good things about cheerwing and remo hobby so I’m not bashing either just change what is pictured it’s a huge disappointment

I have done a lot of reviews on RC trucks and cars - this one does not disappoint and is on the higher end of the spectrum regarding the vehicles that I have reviewed here on Bolo. The price point currently is just about on par with what I would expect from a vehicle of this quality.The product itself will come with the vehicle, RC controller, one battery and standard USB charging cable. I have gotten just about 20 minutes or so driving time from the one battery included - this will heaviliy depend on how hard you are driving the vehicle. I have spent a lot of time with it in the backyard with various terrain and it handles it so far with ease - to include some pretty tall grass. I would like to see an extra battery included - but they are pretty easy to track down here on Bolo.The vehicle is well built and feels like a solid build - it would definitely handle plenty of abuse from younger or older drivers alike. I would caution that this vehicle is quick - so it may be a little crazy to drive indoors. If you are in the market for a solid RC truck - I don't think you will go wrong with this one.My grading scale:5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park, PERFECT BUY!4 Stars = Excellent find, you should definitely give it a shot.3 Stars = It works and functions as advertised.2 Stars = A little scary, but do your research and it may work out.1 Stars = Avoid this product and look elsewhere.All of my reviews are based on actual use of the product. This is a fun toy for the child in all of us. It has much more power than thought and takes some doing to get use to all the controls and be proficient. It can get out of lots of situations like tall grass etc with having so much power. Can also get you in lots of unfortunate situations if not careful. It is very durable and has withstand everything have thrown at it thus far. My biggest gripe is haven't to unclip and remove shell to get to battery for recharging.

I think Remo Hobby is best know for it's faithful recreation of the TRX Slash. It is a great 1/10 scale basher. This little 1/16 car is really well built. It has metal in all of the right places like the driveline, the axles and the differential gears. It also has a nice metal top support. The brushless motor is fantastic and the combo ESC and receiver works well. The car is fast and handles really well. The plastics are durable and I don't think you will be able to break the arms unless you get really crazy with it. The tires are good quality and the remote is as well.The down side is you need to replace the ESC if you want to use your own transmitter/receiver combo and I think the shocks are friction shocks. That said you can easily replace the shocks with oil shocks for a little bit of cash. I DID run a 3S battery for a short amount of time to see if the ESC/motor was up to it and it was FAST. I don't know if it will burn out the ESC/motor eventually, but preliminary testing was good.Cheerwing is a good company that has been in the RC business for a long time and they make good products. Not sure if this is a rebadge from another manufacturer or an in house built car. For the price you are getting a lot more car than you would get with any of the big name brands. Fast, durable, well built with just a few flaws... at the $110 it is right now this is a fantastic

Definitely false advertising, I specifically bought this car because it says that it is waterproof but it shorts out and the instructions state that it isn't waterproof! Don't buy it if you're looking for something waterproof but otherwise my son likes it. Unfortunately he only got to play with it for about 15 minutes before it shorted out , the blow-dryer doesn't help it dry out.

This has a lot of kick! My only complaint is that the battery charger is a little inconvenient to get to. Wish you didn't have to take off the cover and clips every time.

The Cheerwing 1:16 scale R/C vehicle is a thoroughly fun entryway vehicle into the world of real R/C. Coming in at a solid 2 lbs and driven by powerful brushless motors this car is a beast on the road!The motor is just a little over-powered giving the car the ability to do some seriously fun drifting and skids to say nothing of jumps and other stunts. The body is built ruggedly and looks like it can handle almost all obstructions. The range appears to be about 90 meters or so, but within that range it's very reactive and quite capable. I even found it drives thru mid-level grass with almost no delay.I am getting so much fun out of this car. I recommend it.
