Everything arrived in perfect condition—no cracks in the bowl, and all the other pieces were intact. The bowl feels sturdy, and the whisk is great quality as well—it has the perfect flexibility for mixing matcha, and you can tell it’s built to last.There was also a nice note in the box explaining that because the items are fragile, they could potentially be damaged during shipping. It reassured me that if anything were to happen, their customer service would be happy to step in and provide a satisfactory solution. Thankfully, mine arrived in excellent shape, but it was great to know they’re ready to help if needed. It really shows they care about getting things right for their customers.Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. Excellent quality, careful packing, and thoughtful customer service. I loved this kit! The bowl has a little spout for easy pouring, and the whisk, whisk holder, bamboo stirrer and sifter all fit inside the bowl which is great whenever I tuck it all away. It came with a little piece of origami paper that was a nice personal touch.Been making matcha lattes for two months and it’s holding up great!

if you don’t think you need a matcha bowl to make your matcha, you do! This bowl is the perfect height and it’s flat bottom allows you to mix your matcha perfectly!
