Love these pens!! I use them for work, they have a smooth writing experience that is smudge proof on regular paper. This is my go to, and you can't best the price!

A couple of the pens wouldn't write at all. Find that the pen tips have a collection of ink by the tip. It writes with and without ink and is blotchy and scratched the paper. I don't like them.

Currently, I'm only posting my initial review. It's possible that these pens die in a week or two, and if that happens, I'll come back and update the review. But until then, I absolutely love these.The click IS silent, so if you have a bad habit of clicking pens absent-mindedly, then you're a lot less likely to annoy classmates/colleagues/spouses. Clicking the pen isn't entirely silent because there are still noises from the plastic pieces rubbing, but the click itself is silent. Overall, it makes a LOT less noise.As someone who's finally trying to branch away from those cheap, bulk packs of ballpoint pens, this is a great first step. These pens feel incredibly smooth and fluid to write with compared to a lot of other pens I've tried in the sub-$10 price range. I can't speak to how they feel compared to luxury pens where you're paying $30+ for a single pen, but they do feel very nice.I also really the colors. The only little gripe is that the grip clashes with some of the stronger colors (the ones that stand out to me are all three of the blues, the orange, the green, and the black), but I really love how all of the more pastel colors look. Admittedly, that is a 5|7 split with the gray just kinda existing in the middle, but I'd honestly be fine paying $10 for just those 5 (unless they die immediately, TBD).As for the possible QC issues. In the pack of 12, the gray pen was half unscrewed with a little fraying at the edge of the grip where it would twist into the rest of the pen. The more indigo(?) looking color (5th from the left in the main product image) also has some sort of cut/scuff in the grip. Screwing the gray pen back together worked just fine, and the cut/scuff is mostly cosmetic if you can rotate the pen in a way to avoid touching the indent. As a result, I might not recommend it as a gift unless others are getting perfect condition pens, but if you're just getting this for yourself and don't mind the things I've mentioned, then I would recommend these pens.

These pens write smoothly and have a nice color to them. They feel nice in the hand and the ink dries quickly. A fun little item to have around for someone who likes to journal or does a lot of writing. I bought them for a friend who likes to doodle and does a lot of writing and art. Would recommend.

I should have known better when I opened the package and found that half of the pens were not together. I was able to screw them together and figured they would work. However, I’ve already tossed one out because the tip broke and got ink all over my hands and desk. I have tried to use the remaining unbroken pens, but I find writing with them to not be smooth and I see “skips” in the ink flow. If you use the pens for awhile, the ink flow does get better, but writing with them is still rough.On the positive side, they do have a very quiet clicking mechanism and they are comfortable to hold. I gave them two stars because I feel like I’ll use these for unimportant writing like general notes or lists. I won’t use them in my journals because they are just not the quality I want.

Great set of pens. I love that they're all standard black, but they each come in such a fun pop of color. They each come with a tiny piece of plastic on tip that you take off, which is brilliant for not having dry pens ever again. Perfect gift for the 9 to 5 goers🧑💻

While these pens do write smoothly, they have a bit of rubber over the tip and unlike some where this is easy to pull off, on these when I went to pull the rubber off the tip on one of them, the entire tip broke off. The rubber is not easy to remove, so I could only rate these at three stars.
