The video quality is outstanding, crystal clear even at night thanks to the color night vision. The spotlight feature adds extra visibility and acts as a strong deterrent to intruders.Installation was quick and completely wireless, which made the setup easy and stress-free. I also appreciate the dual-band Wi-Fi support because it keeps the connection stable even when the camera is placed far from the router. The two-way audio is very useful—I can talk to delivery drivers or visitors when I’m not home.Battery life has been great so far and recharging is simple. I feel much safer knowing this camera is keeping an eye on my home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and user-friendly home security camera.

I couldn't be more thrilled with my Arlo Pro camera system; it truly deserves every one of its five stars! The setup process was incredibly easy and intuitive, a true testament to Arlo's user-friendly design, allowing me to have crystal-clear video streaming to my phone within minutes. What truly sets the Arlo Pro apart is the profound peace of mind it provides, knowing that my home is constantly monitored with its sharp 2K HDR video, excellent color night vision, and reliable motion detection, giving me complete control and assurance whether I'm home or away.

After having this Arlo system (I actually have 5 battery powered cameras, a wired doorbell camera and a wired floodlight camera) for couple weeks now I am comfortable stating that I regret this purchase. I’ll just cover 2 of the complete deal killer issues here, but there are additional problems with the Arlo system.First, a couple of the cameras will not stay connected and will not reconnect. I have zero connection issues with other devices on my wifi network and my connection speed to the Internet tests at just under 1gb per second. My doorbell camera will just randomly be offline and not work as does the wired floodlight camera. At this point the floodlight camera will not reconnect. I spent 2 hours of my time going through all of Arlo’s troubleshooting instructions before calling their customer support, which is apparently all based in India. I then spent nearly an additional 2 hours on the phone with their support doing basically the same thing.With this camera, it is located outside at 14’ high over my garage doors, so it’s not exactly convenient to spend a good hour’s worth hanging at the top of a ladder in below freezing weather. Regardless, I followed their instructions for nearly 2 hours which included sending them several screenshots verifying what errors their app was showing. Now I’m waiting until some other support people up their chain of command can call me back. Clearly there is either a problem with this camera or their software; neither of which I can control. I feel that I have wasted far more of my time than I should because their product has failed. It’s bad enough that this product lasted less than 2 weeks but now I am forced to literally waste hours and hours of my time speaking with people in India. I am done with this camera/floodlight.Now the worst problem with the Arlo product. One of the selling points is that, with their paid subscription, their camera software can detect the difference between a person, a vehicle, an animal and a package. Sadly, this is not true. I’ve now wasted hours on the phone with their customer support in India trying to resolve this problem with zero success.When “arming” their camera security system at night (or any other time for that matter) I do not need to have alerts sent to me because a squirrel ambled by at 3am. I also have outdoor pets that will also walk past the cameras all throughout the night and those too cause the Arlo system to send me a false alert that I have someone walking around home. It didn’t take but a night or two before we had to disable the alarm system all night to stop the constant false alerts.In order to try and prevent these constant false alarms, customer support had me turn the sensitivity down so far that the cameras won’t detect a person walking up to my door. The lady in India seemed to think this was a good solution! Then the other “solution” was to stop the system from contacting me when an alert was triggered. Again, this too renders the system useless.The addition problem with the Arlo system is that all these false alarms really kills the battery life of the cameras. Their solution to this problem is for me to buy a $60 solar panel for each camera. This adds enough to the already higher priced cameras that they are not competitive with the pricing.By the time you take into consideration the hardware problems, the connectivity issues, the software problems and difficult to understand customer support based in India, these factors totally erase any potential attributes to buying this wireless security system. Because of these problems, along with other problems I don’t have time to type out here, I see no value in the Arlo system at this time. I wish Arlo functioned as advertised but, sadly, it does not and I certainly cannot recommend this product and their required service.

I’ve been using the Arlo Pro 5S 2K for about a month, and I’m very satisfied. The 2K video is super clear, even at night thanks to the spotlight and color night vision. Motion detection works well, and the alerts are fast and accurate. I also like that it supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi — no connection issues at all.The battery lasts longer than I expected, and setup was quick and easy. I did subscribe to Arlo Secure for cloud storage and smart alerts — it’s optional, but worth it in my opinion.The build feels solid and weatherproof, perfect for outdoor use. I feel much more secure with this camera watching over my front yard. Highly recommend!

Spotlight is a little weak and it’s hard to tell when the camera decides to charge off the connected solar panel, but it has a great field of view and the video quality is great. Installation is easy. Very happy with the purchase. Only complaints are that it takes a while to load the live view, sometimes even stalls, and the camera won’t adhere to the activity zones that are set up. For example I set up the activity zones just inside the perimeter of our yard but it keeps picking up cars and people walking on the sidewalk and my phone blips throughout the day because of it, but otherwise a great camera.

I’ve been using this Arlo camera for a few weeks now and I’m really happy with it. The image is super clear, both during the day and at night, and I can check everything from my phone, even when I’m not home.Setup was easier than I expected — it was all up and running in just a few minutes. One of my favorite features is being able to talk and listen through the camera — perfect for delivery people or even scolding the dog 😅.It also has a light that turns on when it detects movement, which helps scare off anything suspicious.It truly gives me a sense of security, with no hassle. Totally worth it!

It’s wire-free and took just minutes to set up.I have one camera outside and one inside. The one I keep indoors just sits on my shelf. I didn’t even need to mount it, and it still works perfectly.If you’re looking for a security camera that’s easy to install, super clear, and reliable, I highly recommend the Arlo. I’m seriously impressed with how good it is.

It turned out to be a useless product even though I paid a premium for it, as the current app does not support 5SPro in India. I am hugely disappointed as such products are allowed to be sold on the platform inspite of the product being not fully supported to be functional. As a consumer this I feel cheated by not being informed correctly before purchasing.

The cameras are no connecting to Arlo app, therefore impossible to set them up.I tried 20-30 times, read the reviews, etc etc but nothing. The device is not found after many minutes searching.
Buena cámara… mala interfaz.
Me considero muy bueno con tecnología, sin embargo tomé más de una hora y media en configurar la cámara ya que la aplicación es una pesadilla.La cámara funciona muy bien y tiene muy buena calidad de video, pero para poder usar todo lo que ofrece, es necesario una suscripción. Ya que es una cámara Wi-Fi, si se te va la luz no quedará el video guardado en ningún lugar, a pesar de ser una cámara inalámbrica con batería integrada.Las notificaciones inteligentes se pueden configurar iguales para todo un grupo de cámaras y no diferentes por cámara.No lo volveré a comprar por los costos elevados de la suscripción y la mala interfaz de la aplicación.
