I now use the shaver completely dry and it’s much more efficient and doesn’t irritate my skin at all. It’s easy to clean and maintain and doesn’t cost too much considering the functionality. It’s a workhorse. Sometimes I’ll go a couple weeks and I need to use the stubble attachment first just to hack enough hair off for the foil shaver to do its job, and this method has not let me down.

I have use Braun shavers for over three decades, watching them get progressively more expensive, finicky, bloated with unwanted options and cleaning machines and cartridges, all while becoming less and less effective as shavers. This Manscaped Chairman's Pro just gave me the closest and most comfortable shave I have had in many, many years. Bravo. Never going back to Braun. Just ordered a Chairman's Plus for traveling. Thank you, Manscaped.

Bought as a gift for my son in law. He loved it! And all the extras were a bonus. Functions as it should & durable.

Overall, the razor is well built and gives a reasonably close shave. It won't be as close as a razor but I have yet to find an electric that does. Also it's much quieter than my previous Panasonic. I felt it irritated my face when shaving dry. My biggest issue was the large cutting head made it difficult to get around the jaw line and under the nose. It left patches that I had to pass over multiple times. These electrics with more and more cutting blades are getting just too cumbersome. The case is nice to hold all the bits and pieces but it's very large. Not practical to use when traveling. All said, I ended up returning the razor.

This razor does such a bad job cutting hair I haven’t even been able to finish shaving with it, I’ve had to switch to a different razor every time I’ve used it to finish shaving. It is too big to effectively shave. The head for cutting down longer hair leaves splotches of unshaved hair and you have to make about 10 aggressive passes to cut most of the hair down. I do not have sensitive skin and never have had another razor leave my skin irritated, after using this razor with an appropriate amount of shaving cream my entire face felt like it had razor burn. The head for cutting shorter hair hasn’t been able to cut a single hair off my face. I was super disappointed with this razor, with its price tag I was expecting a clean shave and all i got was irritated skin and a partially shaven face

Ive never had an electric shaver before but i really like this one. Easy to use and clean. It would be nice id the head swivelled a bit more but all good. The lock is nice for travelling
