This kit is perfect, I've been using random chinese kits of low quality, this one is not like that is good stuff and I love how all the small details have been thought for and taken care of, really good product

I thought this would be a great starter kit since I like to build PCs and work on laptops. I knew I'd want more than the basic kit, and I didn't think I'd need most of the bigger kit. Much better than credit cards, pennies, and fingernails. Some of the pieces will need to be replaced in time, but they sell an assorted replacement kit for the plastic pieces. The hook on the halberd spudger was fantastic for routing cables inside a laptop. I really enjoy everything being in a rollup velcro pouch.

This was the only set I could find that had both the suction cups/opening tools, AND a metal driver. The cheaper sets all had either a plastic driver or didn’t have the various opening tools for working on current Macs and a number of other devices.

I've owned a Pro Tech Toolkit for 5+ years and love it. I was intrigued by this new toolkit. I love it too! It's completely unique to the Pro Tech Toolkit. It's small and very portable - I can confirm that it does actually technically fit in the back pocket of my pants but "pocket-sized" is a bit of a stretch (see what I did there?)

La qualité et la fonctionnalité des outils de IFIXIT n'est plus a démontrer, le Jimmy deviendra rapidement votre meilleur ami si vous souhaitez connaitre les entrailles de vos appareils. Les embouts tiennent vraiment sur le tournevis et ne s'effritent pas aux moindres efforts. Même les médiators semblent plus solide que les "noname" (mais là je dois être dans le subjectif). Petite trousse d'intervention hyper pratique qui vous procure la sensation d'être un pro.

I used this kit to open up my lapotp and clean it's fans which after 4 years accumulated a lot of dust. The variety of screws in the kit was amazing and came with the T5 star shaped screw that I needed to open my laptop frame. I used various other tools such as the tweezers and various picks to throughly clean the fans. The kit itself looks well built and sturdy and not not cheap at all. Highly recommended for any DIY enthusiasts.
