So far so good. Had Knees replaced a while back but was still suffering with some tightness and achy pain. Has receded well so far. Also Flavor is fine even if taken directly instead of putting in a drink.

I've been using this for almost a month and haven't seen any benefit at all. Has a horrible taste but I found putting it in diet flavored tea it was tolerable.

I found the product helped me with my inflammation issues. But Bolos price is outrageous. I can go to the Mama website and get a bottle twice as big for very little more money . So in summation , stash product is useful but the price is NOT. That is the reason I gave it a 2 stars rating
