I was looking at getting a heat press from a well known company. But when I saw this I was like ok it’s my fav color and it was a great price. So I took a chance and purchased this one and I am not mad about my decision. It works very well in making my crafts.

****Buyer Beware ****This is a beautiful mess of a product. It looks great but does not work I have owned different heat presses for 5 years and never seen a heat press that when set on 350 fluctuates from 378 to 320 I cannot use this it is too unpredictable. The timer doesn't work either. When I reported it they sent me a video on how to set the timer. That will not make it work sir. It has mechanical issues.Also they approved my return but want me to pay for the return shipping for their product that does not work. I am definitely reporting them to Bolo to escalate this issue.

This heat press has worked great for my daughters small business heat level and pressure have been spot on. The size is perfect not to big not to small.

This heat press is very easy to use and is very accurate. It's the perfect press for the home, especially at the price.

Not happy, lower heat plate of the press falls off its rail as soon as I pull it out. Now having a hard time returning it. Return label was not pre-paid, had been messing them but getting automatic response that it is the weekend will response when they can. That is where I am at now.

Not really sure my cord caughtt on fire! I'm no longer able to use my machine it's gets very very hot I felt it was a dangerous press machine! From the beginning.
