Sit upright, back supported, feet flat. Relax for 5 minutes, press START/STOP once, remain silent and still until the numbers appear.
Sync Readings to App
Turn on Bluetooth, open OMRON Connect, pair once; readings transfer within 1 hour or instantly via Connect button.
