Why did you pick this product vs others?:So, insert card says must update to use. Follow directions and the F-ing thing doesn’t work. Why? Because the directions are wrong, brand new camera and doesn’t come with a SD Card, and you cannot pair the camera or start the update without one! WTF! Send me a $500-600 product that out of the box is a price of crap! So disappointed.

I wouldn't have a go pro without it!
The media could not be loaded. If you are going to use a go pro to record yourself or vlog or all around be more useful this has become an essential tool. I'd say I wish it was waterproof to take it to the next level but it's easy enough to take off and put the original waterproof latch back on
