This is a review of "1MD Nutrition MultiVitMD Daily Multivitamin – 19 Essential Vitamins & Minerals for Adults Over 55 | Supports Healthy Aging, Heart, Brain, Bone, & Immune Health | Designed for Absorption | 30 Capsules"From what I can tell, this is a pretty solid supplement with quite a wide variety of important vitamins and minerals, all at sensible doses. And it only takes a single reasonably-sized capsule per day, which are easy to swallow and don't have a bad aftertaste. They are manufactured in the USA from globally sourced ingredients in a GMP certified facility. The only thing I don't like is that the I don't consider the value for the money to be very high and it's overpackaged -- 30 capsules only take up the bottom third of the bottle which comes in a cardboard box in addition to the pill bottle. It looks like it's trying very hard to justify its higher price point, but I think there are more affordable options out there. Four stars as a result.

Here is some info for you about "1MD Nutrition MultiVitMD Daily Multivitamin – 19 Essential Vitamins & Minerals for Adults Over 55 | Supports Healthy Aging, Heart, Brain, Bone, & Immune Health | Designed for Absorption | 30 Capsules"...The capsule is standard sized and should be easy to swallow for most individuals. See photo above for exact size. It is mentioned as being made of cellulose powder and vegetable oil powder, so although it is not labeled as such, it appears to be suitable for vegans and vegetarians. There is a slight medicinal smell when opening the bottle, but really nothing unexpected.If taken as directed, one capsule per day, this bottle will provide you with a 30-day supply. There is a wide general array, 19 according to the manufacturer, of vitamins and minerals in this product and it looks like a pretty standard selection. It seems to be a reasonable general vitamin supplement. After reading the ingredient panel, give it a try if you think it will be right for you.

I ordered these to help supplement the other vitamins that I take separately after reviewing my last lab results. I was low on Folate and these should supply what I need, as well as supply other vitamins and minerals that I'm not currently taking. The capsules are large but standard size for a multivitamin and easy to swallow. The price seems to be a little high for only a 30 day supply and other brands have very similar ingredients and dosages. I did not notice enough of a difference in the amount of certain minerals to justify the cost. Overall it is good as a multivitamin, as it is pretty standard, but I can't justify the price for a 30 day supply.

Everyone has different nutritional goals for multivitamins, so I'm not going to comment on what vitamins and minerals this product contains. Everyone should look at the labeling and decide for themselves if this products meets their needs. Obviously, it met my needs with my health goals and other supplements I'm taking. As far as I can tell these multivitamins work. I haven't experienced any ill effects from taking them.My bottle came properly sealed and labeled. It does not have a child proof lid. If you are interested in the labeling information, read it on the box and not the bottle. The bottle's print is very tiny, and it's very difficult to read. It's the same information in both places.The expiration date on my bottle.is two years out. This product is manufactured in the US but uses products that are sourced globally.At $28 for a 30 day supply, these vitamins are a little more expensive than comparable products. I really didn't see anything special to justify the increased price.

About a week in and, of course, these vitamins have not changed my life. The effect of a good multivitamin is hard to measure and my quarterly bloodwork tells me whether the vitamins are in my body at sufficient levels. I know these vitamins are pretty pricey and it seems that being the cheapest has never been the goal of 1MD.The multivitamin delivers a full daily dose of 19 vitamins and trace minerals with each capsule. I especially like the B6, B12, copper and folate. It is easy to swallow and doesn't upset me stomach. I'll probably try another bottle before my next set of labs in July. I don't want to subscribe because it looks like this company can be pretty predatory with unreasonably difficult cancellation policies. No complaints so far and I like the ingredients.

These multi-vitamins are made here in the USA. Which is something I always look for in my supplements. They are a very good formulation of vitamins and minerals and contain essentials many of us are often lacking- such at vitamin B12, selenium, and Vitamin K. I do wish they contained iron as I mostly eat a vegetarian diet.The capsules are not very large and are easy to swallow with no aftertaste.There are only 30 capsules, which is a 30 day supply.

1 MD Nutrition Multivitamin:The capsules were odor-less and easy to swallow. The vitamin and mineral profile seems fairly standard, though a few of the vitamins have a slightly higher RDA like the fat-soluble ones A,D & E. With 30 capsules, these will only last a month, something I'm not sure warrants the current $28.00 price point.Basically, if you want a fairly complete multivitamin, these will do, but I just can't see myself spending that much every month for only 30 tablets compared to other brands where one gets at least 60.
