Sadly, if there was a way to give something a negative set of stars, I would have. There was zero functionality in this product, and essentially the SIM Card sales pitch was a bold-faced lie. It was far from easy to set-up, and it was not until the 10th call to the company that I was told that this item needed an additional purchase, and (to further complicate matters) that the type of SIM Card I purchased using Bolo is not supported for customer service. In short, what they purport on here is not true, you get a Sim card with no service then you can not purchase service. I waited far too long to activate, so I am unable to return this garbage.

Activating this SIM was super quick and too easy. Just make sure you activate at the URL on the back of the packaging or scan the QR code. I was able to transfer my number in short order and I am currently enjoying the free trial. The reason I decided to switch to Lyca Mobile was because of the free international calling and texting

I activated it within a month, and it assigned me a phone number but it did not work. When I called the customer service months later to help me they wanted the PUK number which on the package it states that it is on the sim card itself. Then they try to say that it was deactivated. I think they gave me the run-a-round and to avoid this please dont buy this product.

Do not buy as Lyca has discontinued this plan. Found out after contacting customer support.

this is not 7 days plan sim card. its just a SIM card. don't spend money on this. just buy regular sim only and then buy the plan separately. I ignored one of the reviewers comment and now I regret.

This is not a trial sim. While activating for trial service it says "This Restricted bundle cannot purchase for thisbsubscriber" means I have to purchase a plan even before I have trial.
